Very dog-friendly and a nice place to stop on the seafront. I had read a lot about the dog menu and expected freshly prepared dog food, but in reality it was mainly treats and kibble in a box, so that is worth knowing beforehand. We had the chicken wings and chilli nachos. The wings were excellent, while the nachos were good overall, although the salsa was a little too sweet for me. The prices initially seemed slightly steep, but considering the seafront location they were probably reasonable. Overall, a welcoming place for dogs with good food, but the dog menu was not quite what I expected.

I really liked the hotel, spacious rooms, great service from front desk and pub staff. Air con works very well and it is really necessary. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern and renovated. I just do not give a 5 star because the spund proofing on the room was poor and even using a white noise machine it was painful with the sound of noisy cars coming from the street (which would stop at around 11pm) and then loud music on the second night (only ended around 1am). All the rest was perfect.

The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. The room was spotless, modern and perfect for our stay. The accompaniments (gel, shampoo, iron, hair dryer, teas) were as expected. The bar area, with food was open late after we had returned from our evening out with a good selection. I left early, so couldn't do the breakfast, but again, their catering room looked top notch, so next time... The location was right near the beach and pier and five to ten minutes walk to the shopping area. The only slight point is finding a parking spot when there are big events happening in town. Wouldn't think twice though about booking there again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Last minute stay due to 30 degrees in my son and our bedroom last night. The lady was brilliant. Put the aircon on before arrival and had a great sleep. Brilliant service and lovely hotel.

We were looking for somewhere to eat with our dog on a Saturday afternoon and we were made to feel really welcome. The lady that greeted us was so warm and friendly. On this basis alone I would definitely recommend, however the food, decor, and general atmosphere was also spot on.
