(+ Very good location, friendly service (especially in the restaurant). If you take a private boat, you can go straight down in front of the hotel. ATM right next to the restaurant. (-) The hotel receptionist actually seems less friendly even though he is the front guard the service welcomes guests, sanitation (especially the bathroom / WC) which for me is rather disgusting (we almost decided to move the hotel because of that). Bicycles that are rented are only the size of foreign tourists, the doors are rusty and cannot be locked. vacation (depending on taste).

We love the hotel. Breakfast was excellent especially the Nasi Goreng. The location is perfect especially with the sunrise just in front of the hotel. The hotel location is good, near many restaurants. The room and bathroom are nice. One of Front Office staff was not to friendly. He even mentioned his name with "Pak..." No smile and lack of information. Other staff are helpful.

Overall for the rooms are nice & clean, the only thing is the aircon. Noisy and not too cold. Foods & prices, okay. Spa & massage not recommended. The therapist is not good-skilled, the towel that they used smelled not nice. The staffs are friendly & helpful. The location is very good, a few steps for snorkeling spot. Not too far to the beach & surrounded many resto & bar. I really enjoyed my 2-night stay in Bel Air Resort and Spa.

Strategic location-friendly staff can see the sunrise fit in front of the hotel, near the ATM and not so far from the pier.

Nice location. Nice bar and pool. Most of the staff friendly. Rooms are little strange. They are behind a wall. Not nice to sit.

Our family stayed there for 6 days. Very good service they always smile. Can relax in front of the hotel that means in front of the beach.

Great check in experience, hearty breakfast and snorkel area right in front of the hotel as well as great bands at night made it an amazing experience!

They need to fix their wifi, WiFi is the only thing that is not working. It is pretty understandable that Gili Air is a secluded area.

They just need to be more aware to be more attentive to give more towel and mineral water.
