Rude Staff and Horrible Experience - False Advertising I booked a superior double room that was explicitly advertised as including breakfast, a balcony, parking, and a mini-bar. The reality was completely different. Upon arrival, there was no parking available. Worse, we were given a tiny attic room with no balcony—a far cry from the "superior" room we paid extra for. The room was so small and poorly designed that we had to bend and walk to not hit our heads on the sloped ceiling. When we tried to go back to reception to resolve the issue, the desk was completely unattended for the entire evening. The next morning at checkout, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me that a balcony had to be requested via private message, as if it were an optional extra and not a standard feature of the room I had already booked and paid for. This is blatant false advertising and very disappointing.

Lovely hotel with very nice breakfast, also the restaurant serves good food for an evening meal too. Great location when visiting Sibiu, easy to park with free on street spaces close to the hotel. Room very clean and modern. Couldn't fault our stay at Exclusive Hotel and More, thoroughly enjoyed it and we would return.

Big comfortable room, good bed, front desk lady was very helpful, good breakfast is free in the very pleasant hotel restaurant. All in all great stay. Make sure to visit the amazing Astra park (15 from hotel by car) - fantastic collection of old houses, windmills, water mills and churches around a lake. Really unique place.

A little out of historical center, so parking would be easier. It's about 10 minutes uphill walk to all attractions. 4-star is a stretch, otherwise it's a nice hotel

to take a shower the bathroom got wet because the shower floor was not inclined towards the drain

Amazing breakfast buffet in a gorgeous dining room. Spacious rooms with nice features. Big Friday night party underway when we arrived. They shut things down around 11pm. If you’re not young at heart, probably not the best fit. Our room was hellaciously hot for the winter. This is common in Romania, but room temp is centrally controlled by the receptionist. And we couldn’t get the room to cool even after they reduced our room temp for us. Off street parking that’s only a five minute walk to Sibiu Old town. Excellent tourist location. I recommend this hotel. Breakfast had everything and really made our stay a good value.

Services are excellent. Staff is very helpful and goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Neat, clean and tidy.

This hotel has the highest standard of rooms that I have stayed in Romania and some of the best /largest in Europe: it is very modern and stylish, immaculate and within easy walking distance from the centre and also well located for the airport. It has a a good choice of buffet breakfast and is near a children playground. Initially I was put off by its unusual name and colourful, slightly kitsch facade appearance on the internet, but please don't be and select this lovely little hotel - you will have a great stay!

Lovely stay at the hotel as it is a 4star hotel with a 5 star feel .Lovely staff that work there and very accommodating ,easy to get to the town centre.
