A room costing 3.6 million VND for two nights is certainly not cheap. But I received a terrible room. The room lacked basic amenities like slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I requested these from the reception, and they only provided two small bottles of body wash. The telephone in the room looked like an antique, not a cord. The air conditioner was difficult to turn on because it was so old. It took me 30 minutes to turn it on, and it took a long time to adjust the temperature. The breakfast had only a few options and was really unappetizing. The swimming pool was murky and dirty. Worst of all, the hotel entrance was a very long flight of stairs from the main road. I didn't see any assistance with carrying my luggage.

The hotel atmosphere is very good. But can reserve the view room, can not change the next room because that day is full. But overall it's good Good service staff At midnight, the staff will open the hotel door.

Room to stay in beautiful view. Mountain and river views. Cold and misty in the morning. The receptionist gave me good information.
