The staff is excellent. They helped us in everything we needed. Rooms are not the best.

Hotel is in the middle of a light industrial area so no stores or restaurants are close. Rooms are on the small side but common for European hotels. Good hotel for the price, especially if you have a car.

We arrived at 4.50 reception was locked. We tried the automatic machine using our confirmation number but this wasnt recognised. Tried 3 times , angry and tired then phoned their help desk in Paris who gave us a different number. Went to the room wasn’t made up or clean. Check in is not till 5pm ! I have stayed in many b&b hotels but check in is usually 2 pm. Waited outside , maid came along , changed bed , quick hoover , done . No clean floor or clean toilet in bathroom. Air con didn’t work, no one to tell. On ground floor so couldn’t leave window open. Bed uncomfortable , didn’t get much sleep. Didn’t have breakfast as just wanted to get away. J’ai choisi cet hébergement pour un week avec mes 3enfants, nous avons étés très bien accueilli vendredi à 16h00 🙏☺️. Les explications ont étés claires, personnel très chaleureux et agréable, notre chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner basique mais correcte on a vraiment très appréciés. Nous reviendrons certainement si un autre séjour s’annonce merci beaucoup à l’équipe. 🙏✨

Le petit déjeuner est basic , il manquait le jus d’orange qui a été mis après une demande d’un client sur place . La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle .

The hotel is located in an industrial area. You definitely need a car to get there. It is about 15 minutes away from Lyon. We had a room with one double bed and two single beds, which was the main reason for us to choose the hotel. The room was tight, but for a short stay, it was fine. The hotel doesn't have a reception open all the time even during working hours. You get a code to register in a machine outside the reception.

Je trouve le prix très élevé vu la qualité de l’hôtel situé dans une zone industrielle. Mauvaise insonorisation on entend le bruit de la route dans la chambre. Évier bouché « volontairement » car siphon fuyard…

Hôtel qui fait l'affaire pour une étape d'une nuit en famille. Arrivée vers minuit, je n'aurai jamais trouvé la borne d'accueil (qui permet d'obtenir le code d'acces de la chambre quand la réception est fermée) sans l'aide précieuse de l'agent de sécurité. L'aspect général de la chambre fait un peu vieillot, mais ca reste propre. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas...et a tendance à s'ouvrir toute seule.

Prima hotel, fijne bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Sober, maar schoon.
