Plug in sink was broken. Told staff who told us not to use it. Inconvenient for a 3 night stay

Nothing good i can write about this place. even the bed head board has shoe marks--didnt expect this. I definitely should ask for a refund.

Clean and comfortable

We arrived late, heating was on full blast, rendering the top area with 2 beds unbearable to sleep. Cooling fan did not work. 4 of us ended up sleeping on the ground level. When I tried to politely inform the receptionist the next morning she was so aggressive. We were refused breakfast because we did not book, there were no signs saying we had to. Only wanted a croissant and a coffee. Again the receptionist was so rude about it. Horrible experience!

Very good. Best cheap hotel I've used in a while. Proper bathroom, rooms in very good condition, Air conditioning that works. Very good value for money IMO

This hotel was just in the right location on the outskirts of Laval. I had a wheelchair accessible room which was spacious and convenient. All the staff were very pleasant and Effie to.

Easy to find. Very quiet and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast. Wifi worked well. Lots of parking. Good restaurant behind hotel.

It is a decent two stars hotel. Good parking, wireless works, rooms are clean. Friendly staff.
