Amazing, beautiful view

Excelente estadia. Tudo muito prático e a localização do hotel dentro do aeroporto SDU é excelente.

Tudo estava muito bom. Pena nos terem dado um quarto de fundo, apesar de eu ser um cliente antigo.

It has an unbelievable view it was amazing to look at the Pao de Azúcar mountain morning evening and night. This was definitely the best thing in this hotel. Unfortunately our Ac wasn't working I had to wait until 2 rooms later at 11pm and it was just too much for me. Manager thought we could not understand Brazilian Portuguese, and scolded staff for changing our room with out her knowledge. No wonder it takes so long to help the client. Basically I paid a full day in a room with out being in it. Staff was attentive and they tried to help. Hope they can make the adjustments to management, it's unnecessary for someone to travel so far and not be able to rest in a paid room and not even be compensated. Breakfast was superb. Best coffee I had all week. Waiters and food at restaurant were excellent also. Pool could be better maintained the glass of the rooftop is stained witch can spoil the view. That area also is a bit small for me.

The TV didn’t work any way !! The breakfast was poor and the break was like a sign.

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado! Acesso direto ao aeroporto. Chegamos antes e foi possível fazer o check in antecipado! O café da manhã é muito bom e tem uma vista maravilhosa! Adoramos!

The staff at the front desk were very rude and talking about us. Breakfast was decent, however room needed some renovation. Was good for 1 night stay.

Este hotel não pode estar na categoria VIP ACCESS. Meu GOLD STATUS não serviu para nada! Staff extremamente rude, quarto ruim com toalhas de péssima qualidade. A piscina continua ótima mas infelizmente agora tem um som aos berros ...

Love this place and super recommend it. Located in downton Rio it offers you mobility. Offer easy access to Rio beauties Sugar loaf, Christ The Redeemer, Copacabana beach and the most important it is located in annex of Santos Dumond airport making easy to connect to any other place of Brazil. Breakfast is buffet style with awesome variety offered at rooftop from 4am to 10am. Swimming pool at rooftop too, with superb view of Rio de Janeiro's Guanabara bay, Sugarloaf and Christ Redeemer. For those who can't pass without exercising fitness center also at rooftop from 7am to 10pm. I always stay here a day or two with family before continuing to final destination.

O café da manhã, porém, perdeu um pouco da nostalgia de encontrar as maritacas pousando no vidro, momentos em que podíamos alimentá las, além de sentir a deliciosa brisa carioca. Entendo que, em dias de chuva, seja necessário manter o ambiente fechado, especialmente porque o espaço não é tão grande. Ainda assim, tive a impressão de que o restaurante acabou perdendo um pouco do charme que tornava essa experiência tão especial. O hotel continua sendo uma ótima opção de hospedagem, perto de tudo e muito seguro.

Breakfast was very good and with a nice view. Cleanliness was good and the hotel is well located. However, communication with the front desk was awful. I was in the city and needed to speak to them by phone, but it was impossible. Also, there is only one set of elevators, which makes you walk extremely long distances to find your room.

No aircon, just blowing hot air…. They were fixing it for 2 days after endless visits and no updates. Offered an alternative room the day before checking out!! Pointless!! A shame as it’s a beautiful hotel!!

O hotel já não é mais o mesmo. Decaiu a olhos vistos. Não vale mais o preço.
