The hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpful and always cheerful. I enjoyed my stay at this place. Would love to visit again.

We requested an upgrade to a higher room facing the back of the hotel, but it was denied. Our room faced the street, and it was loud all night. Other than that, it is a basic hotel if you want to stay in St. Germain. They have water and coffee in the main room. That is a plus!

We walked to most of the attractions in Paris from this hotel location. The option to get breakfast at the hotel is the way to go. We ate early and ended up walked attractions like the Louver, Arc Du Triumph, Luxembourg Jardin, Pantheon, Siene river, and more. Luxury shopping was near by. Various dining option just around the corner. The concierge made the stay comfortable. We lived out stay.

Great location Friendly staff Attention to details Went out of their way to help with fixing a reservation error. Breakfast could be better. Usually eggs and omelets are included but they charge extra here. Rooms a bit too small for what we are used to and bathroom setup with toilet in separate area of the room is quirky.

The staff was superb, from Jessica in reservations to all the front desk staff who made excellent recommendations (Juan, Carwin, Sophie ..) Best location I've stayed at in Paris, close to all the great sites on the left bank, great restaurants.

This was the nicest hotel I have stay at ever. They were attentive and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They. Even provided me with a going away present which was thoughtful. If I go to Paris again that’s the place I will be staying at.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful - from the comfortable bed, to the softest towels ever, to the beautiful sitting room with complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast might be a tad pricey, but that’s just Paris. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I had planned to visit Paris with my wife to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I shortlisted Esprit St. Germain for the amazing location, the different rooms they had to offer and most importantly the honest and beautiful reviews. I must say that the Hotel and their amazing staff totally lived up to much more than I expected. They did provide and pampered us for the Special day, helped us select and book an excellent restaurant for the anniv dinner. My wife and me enjoyed every bit of our stay in the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone; be it traveling alone or with a partner/spouse. Amazing hotel, services and staff.
