It is nice Location in the Red Sea, the service was nice the staff of the hotel was very nice and very friendly but the Air Condition not working . First night they gave very small room ( not 516 S. Foot ) no room phone working . No in room safe . food was very Poor no breakfast buffet .

The room was clean and comfortable, except it lacked a chair. This, however, was quickly provided upon my request. The grounds are attractive and well kept, and the food served in the restaurant is good and nicely varied from day to day, but it will be disappointing to gourmet diners. My only complaint is with the loud music broadcast outside until late into the evening. My room was on the opposite side of the hotel from where the music was emanating but it was still loud enough that I needed ear plugs to block it out while sleeping. I hate to think how much worse it was for the people in the rooms closer to the music's source. This is a common problem with Egypt's Red Sea resorts: at night they are geared more towards partying than sleeping.

Private beach was excellent. Pool hardly used by guests as too cold.

This is the second visit to this Hotel in as many months.This is a great little Hotel,not luxurious but more than makes up for it it with their attention to detail good food ,amazing staff,and great value for money .We will return asap and recommend all travelers searching for a great vacation..Thanks Lotus Bay see you again soon

The hotel is pleasant, I arrived very late at night and had just booked on line so I was not given a good room. In the morning they offered to change it but I did not want to move since i was there for only 3 nights. The beach is AMAZING and peaceful, it is the best asset the hotel has. The food was OKAY, I had better in Safaga & Hurghada. What I disliked about the stay is the service of the transportation company in the hotel lobby., very disappointing and when you are 45 min to 1 to hour drive from Hurghada it is unpleasant to feel trapped.

The Beach ,the food and the sea view are all great.Unfortunately there was no Deluxe room with sea view so I had to take a double sea view room with sea view.The standard room was relatively small with water leaking air conditioner and Mosquitoes .

Stunning location to relax and enjoy nature. The hotel gardens are very well kept and a pleasure to walk around. My daughter and I spent most of our time on the beach or in the Red Sea which is an absolute must for snorkelers. The hotel is well equipped, it provides a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Rooms are not luxurious, they're functional and adequate. Our all inclusive terms provided everything that we needed, there was an excellent selection of meals available.

Best place! Best beach, best beach bar, best view from room, best gardens, friendly staff which can't do enough for you, food is fresh and delicious and they cook everyday something else. I must have gained 10kg lol. Had fun, laughter and best time ever! Second time and no regret! Can't wait being back!

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The resort is very isolated and there is not much to do outside of the resort. The rooms are cramped and not up to standard as a 4 star hotel. Due to the lack of tourists, this hotel is also not maintained as it should be. You have to pay extra for WiFi which is very expensive based on that standard rates in Egypt but worst of all it is frustrating to use. You have to re-connect every few minutes. The hotel staff made up for all of the negatives. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. The beach is clean and convenient. The place is old and outdated but clean. If you have to travel on a budget, then their all inclusive prices are reasonable.

Only english person there but still had a great time..from bar staff to restaurant and beach staff all had time for you..food was tasteful and good.. 30metres out in sea was coral in shallow water so excellent for snorkeling or just swimming with the fish..

needs alot of improvement staff are not helpfull nothing to do around way out of the way rip off and lies

We were a group of friends that went there mainly for scuba diving and we went over the new year week end and we had such a good time. Its clean, safe and staff are super friendly and polite. Great NY's eve set, great food and entertainment. Many facilities. The diving center is top. Very family friendly hotel.

Upon our arrival it was like returning home, as staff welcomed us back. Some staff have been laid off due to the under occupancy due to the lack of Russians this hotel is normally full of German Russians Austrians which we like. Fortunately Fayez was still there at the beach bar doing what he does best :) The animation team and quality of evening entertainment were great.... they were so friendly and welcoming and worked tirelessly to involve every one in all the entertainment.

Excellent resort for a family. We stayed a week and I think we could have stayed another week at least without getting bored, there are so many activities for adults and children from morning to midnight. Full marks for the excellent animation team. The resort is just on the beach which is very good. We already have been in many hotels in Egypt, in Hurghada. It was our first vacation in this hotel, but honestly everything was wonderful and fantastic. The hotel is nice, the Garden is beautiful. The All Inclusive system is absolutely perfect... The food is tasty, especially we had great dinners in the A la carte Restaurant. We'll recommend the hotel for everybody and we're planning to come back again.

A well set out resort with large and very clean pools. Although our rep tried to tell us there was no snorkelling ( trying to sell a trip) there is a colourful reef at the end of the jetty which provided a lovely range of fishes. Due to the present situation the resort was half full which is sad for them but great for tourists - no problems finding a sun bed. Staff were all lovely, room large and clean. Food was much better than expected - really tasty. We were there in December and it was quite cold in the evening - I hadn't taken the right clothes.
