Pros 2 thumbs up perfect resort clean friendly great service Cons Maybe if there was a way to keep the pool cold

It was my first time in Cancun and I decided to book my stay at the Hyatt Ziva. When checking into the hotel, I was greeted by Melky. I ended up upgrading into the Turquoise Ocean front Suite. I must say I have no regrets in doing so. The room was on the 11th floor and had a spectacular view of the hotel’s beauty. When upgrading to the turquoise tower, the accommodation came with your very own butler service. NATASHA AND MARIE made my first time in Cancun so memorable! They went above and beyond everything I asked for and what their services/amenities that the Hyatt Ziva had to offer. Truly am impressed by the exceptional service Natasha & Marie offered. In addition, my partner and I visited the Cafe multiple times a day; Roger is a true craftsman as a barista. We enjoyed every drink that he served us. That’s why we came back multiple times a day! All in all, would I book a stay here again? Yes!

The staff is amazing. Food is not the best, but okay. Amenities are great. Did not love that staff will try to upsell you, but understand it’s part of their job.

Loved this place but absolutely regret using their photographer for our family shoot. Photo wasn’t professional at all. We had to provide him directions on how to take pics. Such a waste of money. Never go thru their photographer

We’ve stayed at 2 other Hyatt Ziva but by far this Cancun location has been the best in every aspect of the word. From the moment you arrive at the hotel their hospitality is impeccable. Every single employee we encountered was so eager to assist and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

The hotel is very good but I think the rooms need an upgrade thats what I think is a really expensive place I think needs a little big of glamours touch, the service from the workers was fantastic especially Julio the bartender at the pool was exceptional what a man always working with a smile, Maria cleaning lady, Juan the gentleman from the steak house was more than helpful, Alfonso from the Havaneri restaurant, and Wilberth from the Dinner restaurant was more than good as well as those from the Italian restaurant also the one who carries the suitcases Armando or Fernando I think it was very good thebentertainment team Paulina is very good and all the guys, the hotel has very good customer service and the food is very good but I think in the buffet for lunch they can do a little better but I will definitely come back this is our second time at this hotel.

Food was amazing viewing

Absolutely Perfect Experience at Hyatt Ziva Cancun! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, the food and drinks were top-quality, and every corner of the resort was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The beach, pools, restaurants, and entertainment exceeded all expectations. This place truly offers a luxury all-inclusive experience. I would highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Cancun to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent place

It's our first time to Cancun and we picked Hyatt Ziva. It's the best choice we ever made. We had an amazing experience in this resort. Definitely coming back shortly.

Cancun is one of my favorite vacations destinations . Through out my trips I stayed at many hotels at the strip , but Hyatt ziva so far was my best experience . Hotel is very well managed and the staff is unbelievably accommodating . We even had our own personal butler Miguel and Diego . Thanks . Looking forward to come again
