The hotel is close to the airport and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. The room is old and has no windows, so you can't tell if it's morning or night. There is no hot water in the shower. The worst part is that cockroaches pop up everywhere! I don't even know how many I've had to kill. If you're planning to stay here, be prepared.

We took their Deluxe room. Its not soundproof as you can hear the staffs and other guest talking outside. Some staff were even talking at 5am in the hallway. You can hear cars from outside too. What makes it worst is there are small cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room and on the bed. They should do pest control more often.

Kudos to the FD staff (wearing eyeglasses), sorry forgot to get your name though. She was very accommodating and checking in was a hassle free, very fast. The waitress who took the order for breakfast needs a bit of customer service training. She was not so happy when taking the order and serving it. Other restaurant staff who was with her was serving the other guest with a smile. The room was clean but a bit creepy though. You can hear some weird noises which Im not sure where it came from. The hotel is under renovation right now (some rooms) but overall, our stay was great!

Unfortunately the smells of the floor from carbolic is too strong until our hair and clothes are carbolic smells too.

The first thing that I like about the hotel is their receptionist, they're so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and new.

Best and honest ang mga staff from this hotel I forgot my wallet sa room nila after namin mag check out, they did tried to contact me that my wallet was still at our room para mabalikan ko agad genuine. Plus the breakfast was so good 😊 spacious ang room at malinis.

Booked for non smoking room but the room still with awful smell of cigarettes. Room is not well cleaned because saw crawling cockroaches. Faucets in the bathroom are old and rusty... In fairness room is spacious....

If you are on a tight budget and you are looking for a hotel that offers more than what you have paid for then this hotel is for you. Facilities wise it was all beyond what I have expected for a budget friendly price that I have paid for. Kidos!

Crew were nice but the room looks and smells dirty, the beds we uncomfortable and the sheets and curtains looks dirty and old and also the water heater was not working so we had to take cold shower in the morning before leaving for 2 days for seminar and the door does not have safety lock inside.
