Having the large restaurant right below the rooms would benefit a lot of customers

Great location in town, clean modern room, comfy bed, nice bathroom.

All was good other than the parking. Once we figured out where it was.

The property is conveniently situated with lots of interesting shops and good restaurants close by. If you're looking for a quiet room, ask for one that faces the river. If not available, ear plugs are suggested.

Great location, clean rooms , excellent restaurant downstairs. They have over night parking behind the hotel but you have to pay. There is no elevator to get to your room — only stairs.

The staff at the restaurant and hotel are so kind. Everything we needed was here. We would definitely stay again.

Convenience to downtown and quiet despite being above their restaurant. Would have liked to be able to open the windows more as the room was quite hot but being on the Main Street a bit noisy.

The room was clean, modern, and exactly what it looks like on the hotel website. Great location near restaurants, lake, and Tom Patterson theatre. Would stay here again.

Excessive noise outside and inside property. Only basic channels on TV. Do not book if you’re looking for peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Location was lovely, the staff was helpful. Our room 204 was at the high traffic area of the hotel, and was right next to the restaurant exhaust fans which were loud from 7am-midnight. This was the only issue we had with the hotel but would recommend asking for a room on the 3rd floor.

We had the best stay here 100/100 staff, cleanliness, bed, tub loved it all! Our waitress for our breakfast the morning of march 21st was amazing very knowledgeable of stuff going on in the town, i feel terrible i dont remember her name! But we talked about video games lol! She was very kind. And our check in gal as well very kind 🤗 thank you for our stay!!

Staff are amazing! Friendly and ready to help. Food at the restaurant was also amazing! Rooms were clean and updated. Be aware no elevator so stairs could be an issue but it wasn’t for us

Would definitely recommend! Charming and comfortable room. Nice touches like coffee and honour bar and locally sourced snacks. Bathroom was fully equipped down to qtips and a mini toothpaste. All the extra touches like a welcome note made it a place to return to. Restaurant and happy hour downstairs a plus. Apple Pie Sangria was a stand out.
