I had an event at the hotel ballroom and there were many unresolved issues, such as the ringing microphone and this was the biggest problem, the banquet and IT staff were not cooperative and provided solutions, it was very disappointing, plus the security was unfriendly to my team when they wanted to load their belongings into the ballroom at night. But I really appreciated the food and dishes provided and the friendly restaurant chef.

Everything was fine except for the hospitality of the staff. I held an event at Ibis with Pegadaian and used the ballroom facilities. I complained for three days about the microphone ringing, and after going back and forth, there was no solution. The friendliness of the receptionist and security guard was very lacking. However, I appreciate the chef and the culinary delights, which were excellent and satisfying. It's a shame.

Stayed at Ibis Harmoni & honestly? Super comfy. The room was spacious and clean, AC-nya dingin banget (love that), and the hot water worked perfectly the whole time. Housekeeping also cleaned my room every day, ganti handuk, refill amenities—pokoknya rapi terus. For the price and location, it was such a smooth and comfy stay. Would totally come back!

Check-in service is fast, but why do you have to ask for ID for each room if you book 1 person? At the restaurant, there are no staff on standby at night, the food is expensive because the portion of the side dishes is big. Breakfast, infused water drinks are only ready at 6:45, the side dishes are not very tasty, only 1 bread. The TV is not smart but national and transvision channels are okay, there are HBO and AXN. The bathroom is small but sufficient. The refrigerator is cold. Not very soundproof because the sound from the outside is still clearly audible.
