The room was very clean and the staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly throughout my stay. The room itself was a bit on the small side, and the walls between rooms are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Breakfast was okay but fairly basic, nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I found the hotel somewhat overpriced, but it seems to be one of the better options available when staying in Aabenraa.

A lovely hotel with the friendliest staff! Centrally located in the old town and walking distance to everything including the harbor. We had a marvelous time and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Denmark!

The AC didn’t work and was actually warmer inside the room than outside. Two staff members checked and it was in fact broken. Fun especially in the heat and humidity to try and sleep. The bed is not a queen size. The bathroom is ill proportioned and not made for anyone over 160. Internet isn’t password protected so unsafe. A glass had a lip print and we found hair in the dryer. This is not a four star hotel, they must have given themselves the distinction as every amenity had limitations that left you feeling like you were seen as a potential thief ready to steal their hair dryer or overuse the water. Which is enforced by the prison like room and atmosphere. When I complained I was given a bottle of water and a licorice stick.

Staff was friendly and reception was lovely. The bed was very poor and uncomfortable. We had it changed as we could not sleep on it as it gave us backache. However unfortunately we had to do it ourselves and leave the old bed in the hallway. My husband got two spare beds from the reception that he transported himself. A bit unfortunately for us but it gave us a good night sleep in the end. It would have been nice to have been offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. But nothing.

Great location, quiet room although the pedestrian warning siren on the traffic lights meant we had to keep windows shut and room got too warm.

It was great. Reception was amazingly helpful with local experiences to take in and the hotel facilities.

Smallest hotel room i ever been in besides the cabines in a ferry. For some reason they decised to put all normal hotel furniture into this small space making it impossible to move around if you are 2 persons. Its nice and clean thou and would have been a nice hotel if rooms was build to facilitate 2 normal people. I will not recommend for more than 1 and that person should.not be afraid.of small places.

Clean and simple. Very small room, almost a little cramped for two people plus a small dog. Still, we were very happy. Breakfast was great too!

Receptionist was friendly and informative. Room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning is a rare and wonderful thing! Fox and Hounds restaurant was Great! Only disappointment was the "Courtyard View" is actually a view of the alley between the rooms. Nothing nice or scenic about it.
