Very clean and helpful staff, good location with many restaurants, stores, and pharmacies in walking distance.

Excellent breakfast, modern facilities and professional staff

Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos neste hotel durante o carnaval. Pudemos curtir a festa ou assistir de “camarote” os bloquinhos que passavam em frente ou próximos. Apesar de ser localizado no meio da folia, os quartos eram silenciosos e pudemos dormir tranquilos.

This hotel is fabulous location in BH. Close to everything one would want to do or see in such a beautiful city. Although the room was small by North American standards, I was totally impressed by the space utilization - the US could learn a lot about this! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel in BH.

Excellent location

The hotel is in a central location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. My room was opposite the lift which a bit noisy. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit.

The hotel is extremely clean. That's USP #1. They provide everything in white - from towels to bedsheets - and everything is spotless. And that's huge for a budget hotel. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave 4* on service since they don't have room service for food.

I had a few special requests regarding my reservation, and the hotel staff are all very helpful and accommodating! The service is great, the location is nice. Love staying here!

The hotel is located just one block away from Praça de liberdade (Freedom Square), which is a beautiful landmark where you can go and jog in the morning, or have a coffee in the afternoon, and just blocks away from the Parque Municipal. The hotel has a convenient snack bar with good sandwiches, appetisers and good selection of beers and drinks. The Room was clean, free wifi, and confortable bed, the breakfast was complimentary for (R$17) wich considering the buffet offering was a little expensive, it´s better to walk a block or two and get a much better breakfast.

Roupa de cama escassa, assim como toalhas. Limpeza regular. Café da manhã regular. Quarto de frente para o elevador, resultando em barulho frequente, inclusive na madrugada. Quarto escuro, com pouca ventilação, apesar de ar condicionado.

O hotel é bem localizado, quadra ao lado da praça da liberdade. Mas é isso, localização. Não tem café da manhã, só pagando 52 reais por pessoa. O quarto era antigo, porta rangendo, chuveiro bem meia boca

Excelente localização. Praticamente em frente a Praça da Liberdade. Quarto padrão Ibis. Funcionários totalmente indiferentes.

Ficamos hospedados nesse hotel pq era um dos mais próximos ao nosso evento. Chegamos por volta das 9:30 da manhã.

Quarto pequeno e aos finais de semana a limpeza é demorada. Quanto ao ar condicionado ele não é muito eficaz. Alguns atendentes eram prestativos e outros não. O acesso é fácil e a entrada é bem bonita. O acesso para os quartos tem uma porta de vidro que não ajuda muito os hospedes, passar o cartão, segurar a porta pesada de vidro e ainda carregar as mãos torna tudo difícil
