I do not recommend this hotel. There's way better options around for same price or bit more expensive. The only good thing about this facility is the location. Very centered in Savassi one of the best neighborhoods in downtown Belo Horizonte. The staff clearly needs training, they do not know what they are doing.

Room are very small.. and there is no full service restaurant on site.

Crumbling property. Very old fixtures. The room was mouldy, the Aircon was broken. The reception looks like a warzone as it's going through some refurbishment that wasn't advertised when I booked the room.

Location can’t be better. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. I loved the fact that you can check in at noon. Room is basic( no coffee maker or microwave) but it does have a fridge. Tatiana at front desk is a very nice person.

My stay was pleasant. Good breakfast, decent room. My only negative point is the cleaning inside de room. I think it lacks a bit.

Elevator is really annoying asking to insert a card to go to your room never works WiFi “ I think they cut the signal “ I called twice in the evening asking for activation “ Disappointed That’s all

Very pleasant , and the breakfast is great, you can walk to the bars and restaurants.
