Loved the service, bed, shower and parking. It's a little outside of Ulm but honestly so worth it for a pleasant overnight stay.

This hotel is a jewel. It is just 10 min driving from Blaubeuren. It is probably not more than 3 years old so in great condition. The room (suite) is very spacious, has a separate sitting area and a balcony. It is sparkling clean and well equipped (a better looking carpet would have been fantastic). Staff is super friendly and efficient. Check-in took me literally 2 minutes. The food menu is limited but the food quality is VERY good (not to mention the beer). I am only passing bye so I only stayed one night. But the bed, pillows and sound proofing were great. Oh, and the AC... definitely a blessing when there’s 30-35 C° outside.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean, state-of-the-art, and very nice. We were only sorry we stayed here for just two days. The breakfast is very good, and the restaurant has very nice dishes for reasonable prices. It was very convenient and easy to get to Ulm from the hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated located in a quiet residential area. Upon arrival the young lady at reception very rushingly went through the check in process so she could continue to talk and giggle with colleagues, I asked about the facilities available I.e restaurant and she replied in a very unhelpful manner. Also I thought visa was a world wide payment method and could not pay for food. At checkout they tried to charge me the full amount again and the lady had me waiting for 20min when I was in a rush to catch a flight. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was amazing and all of the staff were amazing on top of that. This hotel experience is the bar!

Nice hotel , the staff is very nice , we stayed for 3 nights , good breakfast , quiet area , for restaurants you have to go to the nearby cities .

The hotel is wonderful, it’s a small city and was there for business. Beds were extremely comfortable and hotel is very clean. They do not have staff on site past 10 pm and I received a call directly before my arrival with instructions for accessing my key card after hours. Wonderful service.
