The staff are friendly, it's clean, there's plenty of food nearby, and it's easy to get around. This is my second time staying here.

When I opened the room, there was a very musty smell. The bed and blanket all had a musty smell. The outside looked old. The inside of the room had been renovated. The maid came to clean the room next door. The sound of the maid's walkie-talkie could be heard in the room all morning. The only good thing was that the air conditioner was cool, but there was still a bad smell.

ลูกค้าสงสัยค่ะ คือเข้าพัก 2 คืน 29-31 ธ.ค. 66 รวม 2 คืน แต่วันที่ 30 ตอน 9:00 น. แม่บ้านขอเข้ามาทำความสะอาด ทั้งที่ลูกค้ายังแต่งตัวอยู่ จึงไม่ค่อยสะดวก เพราะแม่บ้านเข้ามาตอน 9 โมงกว่าๆ ขอทำห้องเลย ลูกค้าจึงถามไปว่าทำไมมาทำไวจัง เพราะนอน 2 คืน ว่าจะให้มาทำตอนบ่าย แม่บ้านบอกว่าพอดีทำห้องข้างๆ ก็เลยจะทำเลย ลูกค้างงมาก แต่ก็ให้ทำ เพราะตั้งใจจะให้ทำอยู่แล้วแต่ก็ตั้งใจจะให้ทำตอนบ่ายหลังจากลูกค้าออกไปธุระข้างนอก จะกลับเข้ามาตอนเย็น ลูกค้ามองในแง่ดีว่าแม่บ้านกลัวว่ามาทำตอนลูกค้าไม่อยู่ของจะหายหรือเปล่า จึงต้องมาขอทำตอนลูกค้าอยู่ในห้อง คือพยายามมองในแง่ดีแต่ก็ยังไม่เข้าใจเหตุผลอยู่ดีเพราะลูกค้าก็นอนมาหลายโรงแรมส่วนใหญ่เขาจะมาทำให้ตอนบ่าย ในกรณีที่นอนต่อ 2 คืน แต่ไม่เคยเจอมาขอทำตอนเช้าแบบนี้ ไม่ทราบว่าทางโรงแรมทราบเรื่องนี้ไหม หรือเป็นนโยบายของโรงแรมที่ให้ทำความสะอาดห้องตอน 10 โมงเช้า ในกรณีนอนต่อ 2 คืน ส่วนบริการอย่างอื่นดีหมดค่ะ ที่จอดรถเพียงพอ มีคนบริการโบกรถให้ตลอด เจ้าหน้าที่เช็คอินมารยาทดีงาม ห้องสะดวกสบาย แต่ลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัยก็เลยขอถามนิดนึง ให้ 5 ดาวนะคะเพราะว่าคิดจะกลับมาพักอีกเพราะปกติก็ใช้บริการที่นี่รวมกันเกิน 10 คืนแล้วในปีนี้ เวลาที่เข้ากรุงเทพฯ
