Overall it's okay, I think it's a 10 point bet so I'd choose it to stay at home.

The male receptionist at night was very pleasant. The room was clean, right in the dining area of District 5. Overall, 9 points.

I booked a room and paid in advance. When I checked in, I couldn't find my name. The owner said that I was tricked into making a reservation and lost my money. She had nothing to do with it and the hotel was not affiliated with Traveloka. The purpose was to put all the responsibility on me to solve it myself. I waited for an hour and finally found my name before I could check in. I'm so disappointed with this irresponsible attitude.

Good hotel, polite and courteous receptionist. Spacious room, with table and chairs to work. Quiet hotel is not good. Next time book this hotel again.

Clean room, enthusiastic staff. The hotel location is convenient for traveling and eating. Especially, there is a very convenient car parking space. Will come back if there is a chance!

Phòng đẹp với rộng rãi lắm, không có mùi nhưng không có máy sấy hay nước suối.

Mình đặt phòng 1 đêm ở khách sạn Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp Khách sạn có thang máy, phòng có máy lạnh, nước tắm nóng lạnh, vệ sinh sạch sẽ gọn gàng. Mình đặt qua app giá 350k, các bạn nên cân nhắc vì đây là giá rẻ trong các loại phòng của khách sạn nên họ sẽ sắp cho bạn phòng ở mặt tiền. Mặc dù ở trên lầu 4 nhưng vì cửa sổ không cách âm nên rất rất rất ồn, ngồi trong phòng mà y như đang ở ngoài đường, và chỗ này nằm ngay đường Nguyễn Trãi nên xe cứu thương ò e liên tục, và khách sạn đang trong đợt sửa chữa nên tiếng ồn bên trong sẽ làm bạn không ngủ được. Vì giá rẻ so với mặt bằng chung nên cũng sẽ có ưu nhược điểm nhất định. Và cuối cùng thì anh lễ tân cũng giúp đổi phòng, tuy nhiên máy lạnh cũ nên chạy ồ ồ cả đêm. Các bạn thuê phòng muốn sự yên tĩnh thì nên cân nhắc ạ!

Mọi thứ đều ổn, chỉ có điều cách âm không tốt. Tiếng ồn bên ngoài làm tôi khó ngủ 🙁

Thật sự đây là một trải nghiệm khá tuyệt vời. Ở đây có bãi giữ xe an toàn, phòng rất đẹp và tiện nghi. Thang máy hơi cũ cần trang trí lại đôi chúc
