It was comfortable for a solo trip and I slept well for a hotel. I got lucky getting a corner room since you can hear people through the walls when walking down the hall. What bothered me the most was the bath towel having brown stains.

It was super noisy. But, thankfully the staff quickly moved us to another room which was a bit better - and it was "Hikonyan" themed, which was kinda hilarious. Super convenient location, which was what mattered most for us. And really good value. Oh, and try to Hikone beers they have - best beer in Japan.

Good budget hotel 2 minutes from the station and about 20 mins from Hikone Castle. Room facilities were fine but no coffee? Lost a star for that .

The location is perfect. Only a two minute walk from the station, completely covered overhead. A plaza is right across from the station. The room is spacious and quiet. Staff is professional and efficient. It was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful hotel, great location outside the train station and a ten minute walk from Hikone, what more could you ask for? Price is unbeatable, cigar bar is sexy.

Nothing super special, but cozy and pleasant. Near the train station, and a nice walk to the castle. Japanese breakfast was good, and the washing machines were a blessing.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, near Hikone station. Free bicycle is also available. I would like to stay here again when I am back to Hikone.
