I enjoyed my stay at Hulot B&B Valencia. Check-in was quick and simple, and I was headed up to my room in no time. Upon entering the room, it felt very spacious and bright. It felt like I was staying in an IKEA showroom. The bathroom was nicely designed, as was all the furnishing. There's a safe in the room. Noise level was fine, it's usually quiet at night, since it's not on a heavily trafficked street. On the top floor is a kitchen/pantry, indoor and outdoor space, which we utilized a lot. It was great to have a fridge to store food and beverages. The accommodation is fairly close and walkable to a lot of attractions, and even close to a few bus stops. I would highly recommend Hulot.

We liked everything about Hulot. From the helpful and welcoming staff to the lovely room and the comfortable bed. There's a well equipped kitchen and a lovely roof terrace. Hulot is conveniently located to reach all of the must see places in Valencia on foot but is in a very peaceful area. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was clean, spacious, and well-located within half a mile of two metro stops and near the city center. The roof top terrace doesn’t have a view, but it was a comfortable spot for morning coffee from the fifth floor vending machine. Also nice that there was a shared kitchen and free laundry facility.

Good location near restaurants shopping and tourist activities. Very close to the cathedral and to the Royal gardens.

Great room. Front desk attendant was very nice and pleasant. Unbeatable for the price.

Friendly staff and a good quiet area walkable to the rest of Valencia

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Access to the kitchen was great; unfortunately there was construction in the room above us from 8am to 6 or 7pm each day. The noise made it unbearable to stay in the room except when workers took a break for siesta.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Great additional perk of a common kitchen and laundry room. Our only complaint was the noises from renovations going on in the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was convenient to walk around the old town center.There is a rooftop to lounge. We would stay here again.

Everything was good apart from it’s not a B&B as breakfast is not provided - they do offer a reduced rate for breakfast at a local cafe.

Nice budget hotel in the heart of the old town, comfortable and all you need. Be aware that the reception isn't 24 hours so you really have no chance of checking in before the 4pm time or even dropping bags off before then

Hotel room doesn’t match the description on Expedia B&B seems like a hostel based on the layout - bathrooms in the hallways. Apparently, changing their name to B&B or Hotel doesn’t change their hostel style management. On Hulot’s Expedia page, it says room is 160sq. We got a room of 120sq. That’s Hulot’s false advertising on Expedia. I asked for changing our room to 160sq sized room as I booked. The front desk, long hair gentleman, acted like he couldn’t understand simple English. He blamed Expedia. Finally, I said it’s false advertising and Hulot needs to inform Expedia that the listed info of 160sq is a mistake and ask Expedia to change it to 120sq as correct info. Then he changed the room. Hulot has strong smell of air refresher or inset spray. Googled it and find out Valencia has sewer problem so certain area smells like rotten egg. Maybe Hulot is trying to mask sewage smell by using refresher. If you are allergic to perfume or smell, you really can’t stay in Hulot. My nose is never allergic to anything, even this is too much to endure. Hallways are dark with no lights on. Sometimes you pass by, the sensor turns lights on. Sometimes, the sensor doesn’t work. It’s very depressing. The “daily housekeeping” listed on Expedia means they throw away trash and put things in place. Our bed sheets didn’t change for 3 days. The heating or AC in your room is controlled by the front desk. If they are off work, you can’t have change the temperature in your room.

First class service at reception and very helpful in printing out my boarding pass Nothing seemed too much trouble and only too willing to help and offer advice. Room cleaned every day

Hulot B&B provided good value for Valencia. Located in the old town area, the hotel was clean, the room was somewhat small (but manageable), wifi worked well, and there was a well-maintained, common kitchen area.
