1. We booked a non-smoking room for 2 nights, but upon entering the room there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. We told the reception that it was not a cigarette but could be on the balcony, we asked if the room was said to be a full room and the staff told us to spray it with fragrances which actually only caused a temporary smell, but we could not do anything and stay in the room. 2. The air conditioner in the room leaked the next day and they only gave a bucket to collect the water droplets. My parents reported this to the reception and was told that an ac technician would be checked. But after a while, I checked again with the reception, the person said: "We have already given a bucket to accommodate and I want to know where the technical is? He told me that if the AC technician was busy, he would be busy if he wanted to call now. I'm fine asking if you can ask? The person said sorry the room was over, I asked whether I should stay with the air conditioner that was leaking tonight and I asked for compensation. Suddenly the org went to another org and the TBB that was said to be full, was given a key in another room (right across our room) which turned out to be FULL and the next problem was the sliding door in the bathroom, the room came off before we used it and after that we were have to call the org to be repaired and the problem is just finished. One thing I like about this place is actually the cleanliness and quite relieved of the room compared to my search results in other hotels, especially for 4 people like now. But because I was very concerned and had ordered for a non smoking room but the smell of cigarette rooms in the first room was very stinging I was really disappointed staying in this hotel + when the air conditioner leaked, instead said the full room was actually there. The reception didn't say sorry either!
