It's a quite place for a weekend of rest and recuperating from a busy week. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Only thing I wish they could do better is provide some hot breakfast options

People were great. It was modern and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vienna! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short, and they were kind enough to refund the remainder of our stay. The room was clean and very spacious. Would highly recommend.

Bathroom small, no counter space which is important when traveling. No coffee in room. Continental breakfast was poor. Price was good. Staff not exceptionally friendly.

Looks absolutely nothing like the photos!! There is no view of the Catskills from the property and rooms are slightly run down. The front desk offers some beverages but closes down by 7 pm. Breakfast was so sparse we went into town to eat.

Gorgeous setting, pleasant staff, comfortable room and amenities, reasonable price.

It is very nice place…very beautiful surroundings and a really good and mesmerizing view from the room. The service was also very good. We checked in late at night. The staff shift was over at that time but still they managed everything conveniently for us. A very good place. Must recommend for a good relaxing staycation.

Beautiful location, nice property. poor service. When we went to check in, there was nobody at the front desk, The pager to call someone didn't work and they didn't answer the phone. After 40 minutes of trying, at 8:50 PM, although we had already paid for the room, we were ready to give up and find another hotel. Then another guest told us that the desk clerk said she would be back at 9:00 to lock up so we waited. When she finally showed up, she was defensive, saying she was all alone and busy down in the laundry and she barely apologized. The next morning, we told the day person what had happened and she said that the boss (owner? manager?) would want to talk to us and that he would either call or come to our room. Two hours later, when we were checking out, we told her that we hadn't heard from him so she called him again and he soon appeared. He didn't introduce himself but did apologize saying "we did give you a late checkout". He later said that they would discount a future stay...but gave us nothing in writing.
