We had no heat watter, no information about the entry code, the very bad experience!

Dirty room, broken shower, bugs

this is not a hotel, this is a rental, and definitely not a clean one. I don’t know who gave this property the confidence to put 5 stars next to it… in what world is this 5 star quality? It’s dirty, the floors are disgusting and the whole places smells very pungently of mildew. The floors are not clean and full of dirty shoe marks and spiders and worms. The bathroom is horrible, the toilet does not flush properly and is also dirty like everything else in this property. You can imagine the state of a room that never gets cleaned and is constantly being rented out. There is also rarely any reception staff during the hours indicated. Good luck trying to check in and checkout even during the times where the staff are “supposedly” available. The reviews praising this property are most definitely fake or they have incentivized in some way to boost the property rating. If you value cleanliness and hygiene, stay away from here. For the price I paid for this, I could have gone anywhere else and had a much better experience, but I was fooled by the fake reviews. Please take my word if you are considering this accommodation: Go literally anywhere else, sleep on the street if you have to.

Great hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages. Thank you Franck , you made the trip great!

I like this hotel , every year if I want to visit CannesI stay in this hotel , clean, safety , free parking, good staff, good location. Hotel has swimming pool Kids will love it , hotel has security Gate . Also Hotel has kitchen.

Property is safe, clean, and plenty of parking. Free parking, free WIFI, good location but need a car.

Good value option for Cannes

I like this hotel really I will stay again because friendly helpful good location, clean and close to Cannes , also it has 1 big swimming pool, free parking with gate open with password, this hotel like apartment you will find everything. I recommend this hotel for family.

Very remote location which wasn’t clear when booking

Very clean and in a nice area. Small but cute. House keeping not included (you have to pay extra for housekeeping) and for some reason you have to tell them you'd like to have breakfast the day before even though it's a buffet and it just sits there. Kind of awkward service but overall would recommend due to location and cleanliness.

Nice apart hotel in a pretty part of mougins . Very helpful & friendly at the front desk. We had issues with our air con & they handled the situation very professionally - impressive customer service esp for France which can often be a little lacking in that department. Safe parking, well maintained property with nice pool area & very clean throughout. Bakery 5 minutes walk.

Nice little property. Check in took a little while. Gate to parking could be better by auto opening when car approaches from inside.

It is too much 60 euro to pay in case you do not take the ribbesh
