The property needs a refresh, it’s showing it’s age. Good location though.

Actually its all good ecxept for the check in process. We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys . I think they need to add more staff on their check in process to have smooth check in procedure.

The hotel is big and the room is big too for our family. The service is really good and they offer free drinks in the lobby. The hotel is old but comfortable. We need to wear our slippers in the hallway because it is a Japanese hotel. My kids enjoyed their comic room even if they don't read Japanese.

We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time after driving straight from Kansai Airport. The parking lot had about 10 cars in it and the lobby was deserted. I was surprised we were not permitted to check in early and had to wait for the official check in time. Understandable if hotel was busy but it seemed very odd to make us wait. Otherwise, place was generally ok.

The meals are great, pick up and drop off service really well organised.

I wanted to stay in a room on the south side.

Nice place, but a little far away from everything if travelling by transport other than your own car.

it is not worth of paid amount the location is nice if you rent a vehicle it is ok to go to town and have some foods the breakfast was very expensive that have no many choices to eat i do not think it is four star, they charge 1000 yen for my 2 years old child each day even it is triple bed room and i did not order any extra bed

The decoration is very old and there was no heating, it was ok but not worth the price definitely. Also the WiFi was terrible

The room and the view are beautiful

Expect great Japanese hospitality. Room was spacious. Two bed option was great for traveling friends. Had seating area with table and amazing view from room. Did not have access path to beach. The shuttle was infrequent and had to be reserved the day prior before 5 pm. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from the Minabe station and in 2019 cost 1780 JPY. The pool is open starting in July, so although it was a resort, there was no swimming option. Overall, reasonable option with great view if that’s what you’re looking for.

This is an excellent hotel with large but very average rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel has a wonderful, large onsen (Japanese bath) both indoors and outdoors, but the restaurant is very average

無料のラウンジが最高でした。また大浴場を出たところに休憩場所がありビネガードリンクが無料で飲めるのも最高のサービスでした。

食事は朝、晩バイキングでとても種類がありました。 ビールもワインも飲み放題で、アルコール好きにはたまらないと思います。 しゃぶしゃぶやポーチドエッグ、トリュフのバーガー等その場で作ってくれてました。 シュークリームの皮がザクザクでクリームもその場で入れてくれ、モンブランも機械から絞り出してくれてました。とても美味しかったです(メニューは時期により異なると思います) ロビーにラウンジがあり、コーヒー、ソフトドリンク、ビール、ワイン、お酒が飲み放題で、おつまみ菓子も付いていました。 温泉入口前には男女共用リラックススペースがあり、ソファや椅子、飲み物も少しあり、ゆっくりくつろげました。 部屋に化粧水などの化粧品はありませんでしたが、温泉にはありました。 漫画ルームもあり、冊数はそれほど多くはありませんでしたが楽しめました。卓球ルームもありました。 ホテル内が充実していて、もうずっとホテルで過ごしていたいくらいでした。 トイレと洗面台が分かれていたらもっと良かったと思います。

館内は綺麗に整っていました。 室内の空調が少し暑かったが、調整できず… ご飯も良かったですが、とにかく人が多く大変でした。
