The included breakfast was good. Great staff.

Continental breakfast was good. Terrible and awkward Bath/Shower conditions, there's no curtain to prevent water from running out, once done showering you end up stepping out into a pool of water, very very bad conditions.

The business center was not working so I couldn't take a conference on those days. Everything else was very good!

Quite fine for the price, everyone was very kind. There is only missing a business center, I couldn't take a work conference.

Hot water issues, no restaurant menu, limited taxi service, unrecognizable location, no AC, no TV remote.

The good: Its clean, nice building, good design, good location. The Bad: No central heating! I went on Jan 4 which is cold temperatures in Toluca especially during the night and mornings. The only heating available was a portable heater and, at least in my room, did not heat enough to feel comfortable. Overall it's a nice little hotel, where if you need a very basic place to rest your head at night passing through it could be ok, but not for a vacation stay especially with children.

It was late at night when I checked in and the staff was great, however the room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock and I was concerned there were bedbugs. Would not recommend to stay there.

Malas instalaciones muy deterioradas y muy antiguas. Sin agua caliente para bañarme. Solicite factura y me la enviaron cuatro días después.

Habitación limpia; personal del turno vespertino muy amable. Solamente un día de toda la semana tardo un poco en salir agua caliente.. en específico muy recomendable.

La habiatacion estaba pésima, era super pequeña y sucia !!! El baño tenía moho. El estacionamiento estaba inundado. Fatal

Habían chinches en la habitación. El la habitación había humedad y se veía abandonada. No sucia, pero sí descuidada
