They were not ready for us. We were bringing two pets, and they had no idea. Then, they wanted to cancel our reservation at our expense. Later, they cgarged us 18 extra dollsrs for the pets (tgey wznted 36). Expedia didn't solve the problem, and we were stuck. We ended up paying extra. Totally unfair and unpleasant.

The rooms the services I did not like it took more than three a hours and after calling because my reservation they couldn’t find

Friendly, courteous staff, quick to respond to request for extra towels, transportation requests, etc. Comfortable beds and affordability. Good restaurant with big screen tv by reception area. Surrounded by good restaurants, public transportation, Oxo stores and pharmacy.

The persons in the front desks was inefficient because is sleeping and no answer the question for guess

Very HOT weather and the hotel has NO air conditioning. Also, it has NO hotel "little" refrigerator in the room Has NO coffee maker in the room. Thanks, they provide 2/12.oz bottles of water a day. The daily clean-up of the room was excellent!!!. And was mostly provided by Ms Karla a very efficient/kind and professional worker. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Cold, old and expensive!.

The hotel was clean, but the beds are very uncomfortable. The type of guests who stay here can be very loud, and doors slam throughout the night. Staff was very friendly, although I had to pay a $500 peso tip to the manger named Marí to change to a more comfortable room. I was put in a room that was old, outdated, and not remolded yet. It was a depressing room and I had to change rooms. It was the principle of paying her a "tip", that went in her pocket, that made me angry. You're better off paying for a nicer hotel if you can afford it. Housekeeping staff was very friendly too! I wouldn't personally stay here again.

Realmente solo duermes en el hotel, está limpio y bien ubicado, la cama cómoda y el personal es muy atento.

Precio demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Hotel muy deteriorado y viejo, el baño suelta un olor espantoso por los desagües viejos y falta de mantenimiento. Comunicamos a recepción del tema y no hicieron nada por resolverlo. La limpieza no es buena, a pesar de que el personal es muy amable. Encontramos suciedad en el piso de todo el cuarto y hasta una curita usada en el baño. La habitación no tenía ventanas por lo que no entraba nada de luz ni ventilación para los malos olores. A pesar de la falta de ventanas, se escucha demasiado ruido de las otras habitaciones. Busqué otra opciones para cambiar de hotel, lastimosamente no encontré nada porque hubiera preferido perder el dinero que quedarme en este hotel.

En general bien, solo que al llegar la persona de recepción me quería cobrar el total de la habitación, pero instalaciones limpias y en buen lugar para poder desplazarse con facilidad!

Buena elección, para tiempo de feria es perfecto, porque todo está a 10 minutos, y la central de autobuses cercana ayuda a conseguir transporte seguro y con tarifas reguladas
