The apathotel was very clean, within walking distance to the Town Square, very closed to the train station. The lady who contacted us and gave us the check in instructions was very helpful. Gave Clear Check In instructions

Perfect for 1-2 nights. Close to the train and bus stations, easy check in, clear instructions, good communication,plenty of shops,cafes etc. around. My room wasn't very spacious but well equipped.

Long flight of stairs to get to 3rd floor with heavy lagage.No elevetor

The apartment was much bigger and better than I expected. Pictures somehow don't mirror how big the property is. Full size refrigerator and oven, a lot of utensils, washing machine and even capsules for it - I found everything.

The property was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect location with a 15 min walk into the old town and ten mins away from a supermarket. Tram stops nearby, though Krakow is very walkable so we never used transport. Property manager really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage due to having an evening flight on our last day. Definitely recommend.

Easy check in during the busy holidays. Also great customer service by the desk staff. I had to make some short trips around the city after my checkout and they allowed me to leave my luggage while I did. Extremely helpful!

The property was very clean and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. On the down side there wasn’t a lift and it was very tiring walking up to the third floor after sightseeing around Kraków.

No toiletries provided. The room was clean.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Only problem was that we got only one key to our 4 people room.

We had a Junior suite. The pictures on the website didn't really reflect reality it looked much more like the basic room. While it was mostly clean and comfortable it felt very basic. The shower head was barely functional as it had not been descaled in ages ( I partly resolved this myself!) also the flow of cold water at the basin was a dribble. We were on the top floor which was quite a climb as there is no lift. Quite a few of the electric sockets/Switches both in the actual apartment and common spaces were loose and hanging out of the wall, which was dangerous.

We had an amazing time in Kracow, the hotel was very well situated and very clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would recommend it fully.
