The property is clean and staffs are always friendly and helpful. The 2 things that are really unsafe for my room, i am on the 3rd floor are the stairway right in front of the elevator and inside the shower area. The stairway outside the elevator is very small and its right on the corner of the spa

The location is great, on a quiet, but central side street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was tiny (expected). Bathroom was RV-sized.

The neighborhood is amazing! Close to several metro stations, cafes and shopping. The staff was nice and attentive.

Breakfast was simple and nourishing. Unlimited shops and restaurants in me Marais. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but clean and serviceable. This hotel is in a very vibrant and friendly part of Paris. I will be a return customer when I am in Paris next time.

It was a bit run down the bedroom had patchy paintwork and was unfinished, the decor was tired, damaged and old and the sheets were too small for the bed and not not cover the mattress

My second stay at this property. It’s convenient to the areas I love to visit in Paris and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Love this place. Not too big, not too small.

Hotel is in a perfect spot for shopping and dining. Very walkable to the Notre Dame and the Louvre. Overall very quiet from street noise. However the hotel room doors slam loudly and can be sometimes startling. All in all, very quaint little boutique hotel with friendly staff. This area is also not all too touristy and more a low key area which I believe mostly locals. I would definitely stay in this area again (4th).

Nice place, great neighborhood, very friendly check in and reception. They seemed to genuinely appreciate our business, which is not always the case in Paris or France in general.

I have stayed here many times, however my only issue with the hotel is no AC and lack of water. Fridge in the room never works, the kettles are old, etc. Otherwise it gets the job done. No major issues.

Booked this hotel at the last minute and what a great find; it’s cosy, clean and safe in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small but very clean and a very comfy bed - worth noting, no aircon. Check in/ out very easy and decent check out time of 11.30am. Staff super friendly and helpful.
