The staff is not enthusiastic from security to reception, the breakfast buffet is not as diverse as other hotels, the breakfast buffet staff has a bad attitude

I came back here a second time. But when the taxi parked in the lobby, no one came out and carried my suitcase. 2 times and then I am very dissatisfied. Apart from us, everything is wonderful.

Nice hotel, spacious room, clean, breakfast not rich. Breakfast time ended too early. 9g is over. If coming to Lao Cai, Muong Thanh is still the best choice. The hotel is near the border gate via China, very convenient.
