The room is ok but the air conditioner is too weak, the check-in + check-out time is not the same as in the advertisement.

The toilet is broken, the apartment is old so it is not very clean!

An apartment that only has 1 air conditioner in the bedroom, the living room without air conditioner only uses a fan, in the summer, the weather of melting fat is probably still in the bedroom forever o dare to go to the sitting room, not to mention poor soundproof next to the company is the owner of the rental company who always opens the door to talk and joke but has poor soundproof so it sounds very noisy, o feel private, like I am going to the corner of their room so that is not to mention towels have many stains that have not been washed or cleansed yet, but they have not been replaced but still reused, and the crimson stains like blood stains, are generally afraid of using towels.

I really disappointed of this hotel, first the photos on this app and reality is totally different places, (photos much nicer, reality so much dirty) and have found 3 cockroaches under the bed, and the AC full of dust, and some bugs coming out from the AC (not big bugs, but small bugs yellow color keep flying around really small) and I wonder if under the bed so many small creatures things because when I arrived I start lay on the bed after ignoring those things in my mind and after few minutes I feel all of my body itchy from toe to neck. It was really terrified experience even its affordable is not worthy from hygiene things. And the second day the cleaner come to my room 3206, we were not ready because It was really long journey for me to drive almost 12 hours from saigon to nha trang (holidays), after the cleaning team come to my room I told her “no need to clean now, just give me mineral water and 2 towels” after around 2pm I ask the person who in charges in this hotel, to clean the trash because we order food from outside so have many trash in the room, and she told us “the cleaner went home already, so can not clean” so she means she want the room even dirtier. In my mind (no wonder have many bugs and cockroaches) so conclusion 1. Photo and reality (disappointing) 2. Affordable price without hygiene is not worth at all (supposed called motel 1star) 3. Terrible service 4. The environment of this “apartment” is not healthy (people shouting all night) 5. Attitude of the staff need to improve (have me ultimatum “if you can not come, we will close the office” hello?!!?!?! I’m customers I can come anytime and in this app didn’t put any checking time rules 6. If you thing about hygiene better not to stay here 7. Agent rating with this “hotel” need to reconsider again 8. Affordable price but not comfortable at all 9. The floor in bedroom corners are mossy 10. COCKROACHES under the bed 11. First time and never come back. 12. I choose a 3-bedroom apartment so that my family has a spacious space, with a balcony for drying clothes. However, upon check-in, the receptionist reported that the room was damaged and the water system had not been repaired. I really dislike such treatment because I only checked in at night. Why not inform us early so we can solve it by choosing another base or canceling it. I think the hotel intentionally did so to sell the room. Putting the guest in, then forced to choose an alternate room. My family vacation was changed to a small apartment with no balcony. My family is both old and young. Going out but beheading. Sad!!!!

Relatively old pillows, elevators wait a long time

Room so big, near beach, Apartment behind Muong Thanh Nha trang hotel. Elevator have 3 but very slow. wait to long maybe because of have around 50 floors 😆😅 ground floor have mini-mart but price very expensive. should to be buy from outside. if you need taxi for go where, just walk to street have a lot taxi waiting you.

The kitchen and living room sofa also smelled fishy. seems not soundproof so every night outside is a bit noisy, creaking beds and air conditioners are broken
