The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location in the middle of town was perfect. The rooms are comfortable. We had a great stay there and would come back anytime

It was fine. Rooms were tiny. Location was excellent.

Our stay was lovely. The hotel is in a perfectly central location. Restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The staff covered all of our questions at check in and even walked us to our Uber pick up spot when we left. Absolutely no complaints!

The hotel's location is perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the breakfast server and housekeeping, was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and had a large selection. We would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and the hotel facilities were excellent. The bedroom was very clean and tidied every day. Breakfast was excellent too. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Very clean and accessible to important places in Lisbon. Staff are attentive to client’s needs. We were upgraded on our stay because we had a didficult time in finding the hotel. Thanks to the female staff who upgraded us. She was very understanding. I apologized I forgot her name but all staff are very professional. Safe and very clean. Well done.

The hotel staff were exceptional and informative. The location was centrally located and we were able to walk to or Uber easily to everywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

The helpful staff , especially Danial who went beyond. The girls on reception even got our money back for us when the trams weren’t on.The cleanness of hotel was first class’s, albeit the rooms were a little small, but only slept in them.
