Booked a short day in their penthouse room. It was clean, comfy and spacious. The breakfast at their sister hotel the charm was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The highlight of my trip had to be Marta! She answered all my questions and any problems I had she sorted right away for me. Professional and charming, she goes above and beyond for her guests. When you book here you will be well taken care of ! Thank you Marta !!

The penthouse room was great, the breakfast was amazing and it was great value for money

On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfy, street was quiet. There are very few things I could mention as everything was really good. I decided not to drive and took the train. Glad I did - traffic and parking in Brighton is a nightmare. Would be happy to book again if I come to Brighton.

Just another fabulous stay enhanced by Marta . Her love for her job and her caring way for her guests is just charming and she goes above and beyond to make everything so perfect . If I could give her 10 stars I would. I love this hotel so much and given the choice I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay. The Eden Suite is just beautiful and I loved , loved, loved the hot tub. Lovely guy on reception who checked me in( sorry I didn’t get his name) The whole stay was beyond wonderful ! Marta .. you rock !!! You are a star !⭐

Marta , Marta!! Marta made my stay , so so special . She treated me like I was a really special and valued guest to the extent that no hotel manager has ever done before and I’ve stayed in many hotels , fancy and not so fancy across the world ! She went over and beyond to rectify my disappointment about my jacuzzi bath not working and efficiently and always with a lovely smile . The staff here are very exemplary , the hotel is clean and quirky and the location is cool and easily walkable to Brighton town centre and to the marina . If every hotel was managed by Marta then there would be lots and lots of happy guests . Niothing was too much for her and and her love for the hotel and the guests in it just shone through . I will be back very Thank you .

Pleasant stay in a great location.

The room had a couple of things that could have been a little cleaner but it was very spacious and comfortable, the staff were lovely and the location was perfect.

Lovely reception, well appointed room, good and quiet.

I tried changing my date but neither the bed and breakfast or Expedia would do it .so i lost my money.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Sea Spray hotel. The location was perfect, minutes from the sea and about 10-15 walk to the main shopping areas. The check in was easy and room was clean and well presented. Tea/Coffee station was fully stocked which is always welcomed.

The hotel is basic, clean, and ok. It's one of several related small hotels on the same side of the street facing a thin park. There's nothing fancy about it.

Edwardo and Katie were excellent in helping me book in and getting the parking App. Service was excellent. Great place, lovely room and outstanding service. The staff that I meant should all get a 100% raise.

Nice and helpful staff. Good location. Clean room. Generous hotel to have free complimentary cakes, pastry, fruits, tea and coffee in the common room for customers. A nice place to chat in the afternoon.

Really good staff to guest ratio. Place is really nicely decorated throughout and totally befitting of the description luxury boutique. My room/suite was superbly kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at The Charm Hotel really was outstanding too. Only downside was parking but the permit option in Zone Ceorked out well for me.

The room I stayed in was pleasant but not as modern as the pictures suggest. The room had everything including a sea view and I would describe the place as a lovely B&B. There was no staff between 9pm and 8am but there was an emergency number to call. I had a room at the top of the house with a great view of the sea. No lift nor accessible friendly but wasn’t an issue for me. The floors were creaky so not sure if it was noisy for the people below. There were instructions on how to use the electric blanket but no extra bedding. It was September so not cold but no temperature control and draughty windows. Overall nice and well run but felt dated.

Staff were so helpful and friendly! Hotel is in a great location and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brighton.
