Staffs are amazing. No soap by the sink! We have to use the shampoo to wash hands. No conditioner! No hand lotion! Great view!

Beautiful reception area with lovely views. Excellent receptionists very helpful. Secure parking area. The room was large and comfortable with great balcony. Very comfortable bed lovely linens and towels. All areas very clean. I would love to return to Hotel Mercure Rif Nador.

It was a great stay, the apartments are very well furnished and the seaview is exceptionnal. Thanks to all the friendly staff, especially Mr Azdine and Mr Said at the restaurant.

This hotel rank as one of the worst hotel ever reside in. Everything in this hotel is written in French. No other language exists. This hotel is not clean. You can smell urine in the bathroom. This hotel need a lot of maintenance. I had to visit multiple rooms to find a room that has less air leaking from the window. Staff are not well trained. The bellboy insisted to join us in the elevator with our luggage. I had to personally go to the lobby and make a complaint for him to realize that this was not appropriate especially during COVID-19. What is COVID-19?

Everything was perfect..the balcony...the pool view and ocean view...the breakfast and breakfast staff...front desk staff...gym was good...parking was easy .

I don't recommend this hotel, worst service especially the restaurant very expensive with no choice, and the cleanliness is not good in this hotel. Bad experience

I liked its location. Everything else needs a lot of improvement

Hotel staff was not necessarily well trained but were very nice and well meaning. Clearly, the culture is not as friendly to women, and this was evident in the difference in service between when my wife asked for somethings vs when i asked for something. The property has been miraculously renovated, but was still under construction when we visited. The food and beverages were very good. Authentic Moroccan tagines on the menu. It is clearly the best property in the region and staff were proud of this. We also felt very secure. Lots of security. Ideally situated next to the sommercial 'souk'. Also right on the "croisette or beach boulevard, and rooms over the beach can be loud. There are apartments as well as hotel rooms, with convenient options for family. There is a beautiful hammam , spa and beauty center which we did not have time to try. We would come back without a doubt. Thank you!

Physical presence of the hotel is unique character . But condition of the carpet was horrible. If I didn’t pay I should rather leave the hotel immediately. Breakfast was not fresh. Bread which was displaced was not fresh. I think hotel authority should do surprise visit especially on Sunday ( my visit was Saturda/ Sunday) .

This is a good hotel in Nador- many tourists and foreigners stay here. There is a good bar and a decent international restaurant. Rooms are ok, nice balconies. Nice pool area. A minor annoyance was the front desk staff calling our room at night to insist we come down to pay our bill. We had just eaten dinner at the restaurant and charged it to the room. We were going to pay when we checked out the next morning but apparently they don't trust guests to do that.

The location is great, right on the water after the corniche and a road. Ask for a high floor for a pretty view of the surrounding mountains if not on pool side. There is a really nice outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean though be warned its pretty windy out there! Very clean bathrooms in all the public areas. The rooms show a little wear and tear, and the linens could be better quality, but overall good and have a nice terrace. Modern bathroom and shower. TV has stations in multiple languages. There is a bar (with actual alcohol- hard to find in Morocco sometimes) that serves small plates as well as an international restaurant which is decent. Haven't tried the Moroccan restaurant (if it's even open), nor the Spa or indoor pool but read there was an extra charge. Free self parking in a hotel lot which also is unique for city hotels in Morocco. After early issues with the internet, it's been fine. Hotel staff are ok, not the nicest or most helpful but competent. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good- made to order eggs/omelettes, some other hot and cold options. Fruit selections could be improved, most of it looks canned. Overall I recommend this hotel.

First class hotel and excellent management staff. Room excellent, amenities such as the pool and gym were fantastic. Highly recommend the restaurant and bar. Hotel front desk manager. Zayheitie (sorry for spelling) was a great help and true professional. This hotel is a gem in Nador.
