Chiều đến nhận phòng nhân viên đưa chìa khóa từ mở cửa không được. Vì gấp việc phải đi, nhân viên hứa sẽ khắc phục. Tối nay về khách sạn lúc 22g15 nhân viên nói khóa từ bị hư không dùng được nên đưa khóa co 2 lần đều mở cửa phòng B41 không được. Mà mỗi lần đi đổi chìa khoá rất xa lại leo lên lầu 3 nữa. Khuya và mệt quá nên.

Phòng rộng, giá ok. View đẹp. Khách sạn phục vụ nhiệt tình, mấy bé dọn phòng rất dễ thương. Có chỗ để xe rộng rãi. Có điều không biết là khách sạn kế bên hay tại khách sạn mà khuya khách một số phòng vẫn nhậu và ồn ào đến khuya. Khách sạn nên có nội quy không được ồn ào quá 10h30 tối thì sẽ rất tuyệt vời cho các du khách lưu trú tại đây.

It's perfect for your vacation. It's located right at the entrance of the city. The room is filled with natural light and sparkling clean.

the room is fairly good but it did not correspond with 3 star hotel, the services could not be 3* hotel, no shower cap, no comb, no buffet breakfast (selected dishes only). It was advertised that the hotel is one of the most hotels having best view in Dalat but I could not watch the landscape outside without bending because the windows is too low and blocked by the gutter upstanding walls. In my opinion, Melody is 1 star or 2 star hotel only.

The check-in was annoying. There was a booking confirmation, but the hotel staff did not give check-in and wait for 1 hour although it was more than 16pm. Going quite a distance just want to take a break so I asked to be checked in right away and if after that if the app has not sent immediately confirm I can pay cash immediately so they can check in. Kind of unhappy when I book through the app. I think I should have stayed in the view room rather than the house I was in. Very unhappy about this attitude of her manager. There will be no next time.
