Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. Walking distance to anywhere in downtown. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very good breakfast selection. The laundry should be automated with credit cards/smartphone app and not the old fashioned way of using quarters. The dryer wouldn’t start after inserting the coins. Had to wait half hour for a technician to come. Would be Nice to have refillable stations for water bottles.

Stayed three nights and for what we paid I was not super impressed. The front desk staff really struggled to check me in with my rewards account since I made my reservation through Expedia. All three of our room keys stopped working multiple times during our stay. The air conditioning in our room did not work well and therefore, we were hot in the middle of the night every night. The elevators did not work consistently. And one of the reasons we picked the hotel was the free breakfast. It was so busy and understaffed that they rarely had enough dishes or food for the crowds. Want juice? Good luck finding cups. Want coffee? They whisk it away at 10 AM on the dot so you can’t even get a refill if you made it down to breakfast a little later and had to wait on silverware, plates, bowls, and food. Oh, and they charge $65 a night for hotel valet parking. So if you want to park in a surface lot to save money, they give you a Oh, and they charge $65 a night for hotel valet parking. So if you want to park in a surface lot to save money, they give you an information sheet that had incorrect information on it about the nearby options. I ended up paying twice as much for my surface lot as advertised on both the sheet and the sign in the lot.Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was close to the convention center which was a huge benefit and had a great view. Full breakfast every morning, and restocked quickly. Front desk handled requests or concerns quickly and resolved. I Enjoyed it very much. And they merged my two reservations so I didnt have to switch rooms, just had to get keys reprogrammed

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Cost or Hassle This hotel was a letdown from the moment we arrived. There was no on-site parking included, and we were told valet was available — but it came with a steep price of $64 for just one night. While there were other parking options nearby, they were still expensive and required a bit of a walk to the hotel. Once checked in, we went to the pool, but it was so foggy inside that it really shouldn’t have been open for safety reasons. It was uncomfortable and definitely not relaxing. The next morning, I grabbed a few snacks from the hotel shop — 2 bottled Starbucks coffees, 2 Hershey bars, and a pack of fruit snacks — and was charged $28. That’s incredibly overpriced, especially for such basic items. On top of that, I was not given a receipt for anything I purchased — not for the hotel room, not for the snacks, nothing. I later noticed that I was charged more than expected, and only after checking my bank account did I see an additional $50 deposit that I was never informed about. When I asked about it, they explained it then — but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, the stay felt overpriced, unorganized, and not guest-friendly. If I could have cancelled and gotten a refund before checking in, I absolutely would have.

The room was nice and clean, and we loved the view of Mile High, Elitch Gardens, and Ball, but the bed and pullout were uncomfortable and took up a lot of room. Additionally, while we are at fault for forgetting an expensive baseball jersey in the closet, we are highly disappointed that when we called about it, the jersey could not be found. It’s disturbing because the housekeeper(s) either decided to steal the jersey or they didn’t check the closet and the next tenant decided to steal the jersey. If the jersey is found and returned to us, we will update this review…but it’s highly discouraging and disappointing as of now. Valet Parking is very expensive, and the area around the hotel has really gone downhill, so valet felt like the best option despite the price.

The room was very nice. Parking is another matter, it sucks! Called Hyatt 800 number they said $25 for self parking..Not available . Only option was $50 dollar valet parking. At check out it turned to $64 because it was over night ( fine print scam...)Would have found other place if I had known parking was going to add over 30 percent to my one night stay less than 12 hours on this property.

It was a nice place to stay. Right in the middle of downtown. Its close to 16th St Mall and Larimer Square. I would have given it 5 stars but they have a mandatory $65 a night parking fee that should have been in their so called upfront pricing when we were deciding where to stay. They do have other paid options to park but it is not on their property and have to walk to the car.

Hotel has no actual parking. Unless you pay valet or paid parking else where. Elevators are very inconvenient we waited approximately 15 minutes for an elevator. The rooms were average.

Hotel is clean. It’s hard to give small children a bath in a shower. Bathroom doors are too heavy for children. Check in is extremely slow.

The bed was hard. No where to park. They want 65 dollars a night to park in their parking garage. Which is crazy when you just spent 200-400 on the room. Couldn’t get answers about the meters and they offer parking near for 15 a night in a cash box but no way to prove you paid for that lot number. So once we left for dinner someone else parked in the lot we paid for. Had to pay the 15 all over again. The refrigerator didn’t work. No microwave in the room and the AC barely worked. Only good thing about this place was the breakfast, bar and and 2 staff members. The surrounding area was great we ended up just walking everywhere so we didn’t have to deal with the parking issue.
