Had a plugged drain in bathtub. I Let front desk know, and it was fixed by the time I returned to the room that evening. Thank you for getting it cleared in a prompt manner.

The TV did not work real well. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The sink faucet is not fastened down. The guest washing machine and dryer apparently was out of order but the desk receptionist said she would do laundry for $10.

We like that It's easy to get to, an affordable price! Also, we like that it includes a good breakfast! The front desk lady, whom is busy, but is great about our service and getting our needs met. We disliked that it was unusually bery dirty!!. The workers left a lot of tracks and mud on the floors and walls, the chairs were very dirty in the breakfast area! And our room when we checked in was not cleaned, the bathroom tub was dirty, The floor was very gross, and there was garbage everywhere in the entire room. The cleaning staff argued we had been there before, but we just checked in! Not cool.

I been at that location dozen times. on more than 1 occasion there is no remote or the AC didn't work. I'm in the Hospitality business also, and i know its hard work. but i feel like the staff is over looking the rooms sometimes. thank you.

breakfasts were different each day. They had a problem with the card reader for about a week and staff had to let us into the room. outside entrance doors were frozen open

There were no keys available for any rooms so we had to be let in by the front desk staff. This was true for every person staying in the hotel. The rooms were clean for this type of hotel in the bed was comfortable, however, the bathroom floors had not been washed, and that was evident by some of the stains around the toilet. The TV remote did not work and of the five different rooms that we as a family had at this hotel only one worked properly. No attempt was made to fix any of them. Our phone did not have a dialtone either and that was not a concern to the front desk. At breakfast there was no syrup and all drinks were significantly watered down. This is a working man’s hotel for the oil field, and several of the residents were upset by the lack of food. The price was reasonable, but we still expected many of the amenities that Are common such as a working TV and hotel keys as well as breakfast when it’s part of the package. The bed was comfortable otherwise it would’ve been a total loss. If I was back in town again, I would not stay at this hotel.

Easy to get to and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I've stayed there a few times and the staff is awesome, the only problem was we didn't have enough towels, bet a really awesome lady found some for us, otherwise everything was AWESOME.

For a hotel in the middle of nowhere, i was very impressed. The room was small but clean and the property is updated.

SCAM Rip off I never even stayed there Hotels.com booked me for the wrong Town, and although I cancel immediately and within 10 minutes of the reservation, this motel refused a refund. It is such a scam and total Rip off,

No one at front desk. They gave us a room that had not be cleaned. Had to go wait-for staff to reappear and get another room. Ask for ice bucket for room. Was told they don’t have one. Got some ice in plastic bag. Went to check out and front desk clearly was in front of motel had to wait again. Would not honor discount for military senior citizen Wyndham AAA. Nothing
