This was our first trip with our young puppies and the hotel was very accommodating. We have stayed here multiple times before we had the puppies and have always had good experiences. They do have a pet fee that was not stated on the website, $25/pet, and weight restrictions but no breed restrictions. The front desk staff was happy to see the puppies and gave them dog biscuits as well as providing free poop bags. As usual, the room was clean and quiet. It is a convenient location right off the highway and way better than staying in/closer to Madison.

It is nice having pet-friendly accommodations. Everything was neat and clean. Very nice place.

Very clean and well kept hotel. Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. The pool and hot tub were very clean.

Close to work, clean, friendly, could upgrade breakfast but it’s not a bad breakfast either. Staff are helpful and they have cookies at front desk :)

Nice pool and hot tub. Room clean. Weren't told anything about on internet, room book or TV. Breakfast was ok, but not super. We had a squeaky bathroom fan that could not be turned off.

Staff were great. Overall. Had issue with noisy fan on heater that they promptly addressed.

Was in the area for work. Quiet, nice gym, and hot tubs. Breakfast could be better but still served early enough to make it to wk on time

Heater in bedroom of suite sounded like it was going to take off and rattle apart…flapping sound every time it ran.

I had to cancel because of the storm coming through Tennessee and I canceled within the aloud timeframe. I even called the hotel and canceled with them, but you charged me in December and you need to refund me.
