Beautiful !

Great family hotel

We like this hotel and we enjoy staying there. We will be back again next year. Proximity to the park is plus.

It is one of the finest hotels at which we have stayed. Wonderful desk service with gracious helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful grounds, squeaky clean and comfy rooms. Again-the staff are all well-trained and extremely helpful and sweet.

The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel has many amenities and a restaurant on site its great. It's very clean and is in great location to many activities. I had an amazing time there.

Beautiful safe property, it felt like you were in a different country. The only down part is that the beds are hard, Other than that had an excellent experience. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful grounds, close to centro and good staff. No fridge or ice machine!

The only negative is that there was a party close by. Very loud music. Also fireworks near by. Maybe because the Day Of the Death Festivities.

Set on a beautiful park, river, waterfalls.. and the hotel is stunning. Absolute hidden gem. Well worth the visit

The hotel is well located for the Parque Nacional del Agua. The inside grounds are beautiful with unbelievable plants throughout the area. The beautiful fountain with pottery is really great.

Property was clean, pool was great. Walking distance to national park was an ease. Services met expectations. Looking forward in staying again in the near future.

National Park is literally next to the property. I’m used to walking and enjoyed a daily 1 mile walk to the downtown area. I found good deals at the craft shops in front of the main entrance to the park. Picked up some nice souvenirs to take home there.

Staff was lovely and property had a magical feeling along with the national park.
