Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, bit dubious about the free parking, it’s a place that has a number of no longer used cars, however, never had any problems.

Not in a tourist area ! Parking space is limited. Other than these the hotel and the rooms are great!

Staff were well trained and genuinely Hospitable towards addressing all of our Needs. Rooms were comfortable and Breakfast was Wholesome.

The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was courteous, attentive, and informative. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are huge. Free parking was a real treat. Only 10 minutes away from Cologne/Bonn airport--very convenient. All-in-all an excellent experience.

Easy to reach from the highway, nice big rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. The parking lot is 50 meters from the hotel.

Good service, the only small issues were no AC in rooms (there was a fan though and the windows opened pretty well so it wasn’t much of an issue) and parking is a little bit down the street from the hotel. Otherwise, great stay.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, within close walking distance of the train into the center of Cologne. Staff was great too (if you have some free time, definitely stop for a chat with Dirk at the front desk--he's a very interesting guy who can knowledgeably discuss everything from world history to video games!).

Beautiful old Villa, reasonable walk from the river and the old city. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff very friendly they went out of their way to help us at 5am in the morning and supplied us with tea and breakfast to take out as we had to catch a 7am flight back home! The only things that is missing in the rooms, is tea/coffee making facilities. You can go to the bar and order coffee, but being tea belly's like me and my best friend are, it would of been nice to of made a nice brew when we got back in to our room after an exhausting day! But overall the hotel is fantastic and the staff are brilliant! Shall definitely be staying again!

Good service , good parking area , close to supermarket , 10mins drive to Downtown. Room is clean , bathroom is big. Germany hotel mostly didn't have air conditioner. If the windows with filter of mosquito protection is much better.

Very Happy. Excellent service. Friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet was great. Thank you Marc & the other 2 gentlemen who helped us - sorry didn't get their names.

When you pull up to the hotel, the area isn't terribly impressive. However, as soon as you walk in the door, the hotel does not disappoint at all. We were greeted with a a warm welcome, check in was smooth, and all of the features of the hotel were explained. They unfortunately don't have any food options in house for evening meals, but we found a great Italian restaurant called Purino Feilenhof which was about 15 minutes away. Overall a great stay and our favorite part was probably the free breakfast!

There is no air conditioning, the hotel is not close to any restaurants.
