I use the Aztec sometimes when I’m at Seaside. It is right on the boardwalk. They have parking and a Resturant above it. The bathroom was recently renovated. The staff are helpful and friendly when I stayed there. I found the prices were reasonable given the height of the season and needed a quick reservation. I would use again when I’m in the area again

I didn't like during a heatwave everyone at the pool was told to leave for a photo shot.

Our room was right outside the front desk which left much to be desired. The floors are all tile, cold, and not a bit of carpeting anywhere. The tub was stained and gross. The bed was hard as a rock and the two pillows we were given were flatter than paper. Overall, this was not a good stay.

Don’t waste your money. Place is nasty. 0/5 stars.

Great service!

The property is obviously older. There were some upgrades that helped make the place better (like the shower) but doesn't fully conceal the age. Most importantly to me was that it was clean. I will take old and clean over anything dirty.

Love this motel been going for a few years now I enjoy the fact that there is a pool and you’re right off the boardwalk. Since I’ve been coming a couple years, I notice is decline of the property. Do not let the word resort full you it is a motel with a pool. But they are clean they are friendly. And the convenience of the place is wonderful. I would come again.

Great location. Very outdated

Beautiful hotel right on the boardwalk.

It was rainy weather so not the best but the hotel made up for that. In periods when the rain stopped we could use their pool. They also had a live band there in their restaurant one night so that was entertaining! My granddaughter forgot a piece of clothing and they contacted right away and made arrangements to get it back. Maryanne stayed in contact the whole time! Went above and beyond! It was a great hotel!

Only thing I did not like there were people in the balcony smoking cigarettes and cigars I told the front desk guy and he did not do anything and I was by the pool with my 15 month old and had to leave because of the smell other than that everything was great

The room was ok, very outdated. I picked this hotel because I thought it was on the boardwalk. You have to walk down three flights of stairs, or take an ancient elevator to get down to the parking garage. Not convenient at all.

Cons - We found a half eaten melon in our room when we checked in. The lights from the ferris wheel was very bright at night time when trying to sleep and there were no blackout curtains It was just blinds. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pool is not heated. Pros- close to the beach and the boardwalk in a very nice location. The shower was very nice It had different amenities to it. The staff overall seemed friendly.

Easy to work with on getting whY was needed

Location was great everyrhing thing else was awful beds were uncomfortable outdated. We left 1 night early due to sore backs from the beds

Many fixtures broken, no toilet paper and dispenser was broken in bathroom, hair and dirt on the sheets, etc.

I loved this hotel because it was literally on the boardwalk so you would think it’s expensive but the total opposite it was super affordable nice big clean pool. The staff when we checked in were very nice and very informative, even gave us a book with activities and restaurants in the nearby area. The room was very clean, no odor, and stocked with towels ! The guest in the hotel were also respectful even with so many young teenagers staying as well. Even has an attached bar and lounge ! They even have their own private parking lot one block away. It was a great stay I have no complaints. I would definitely return.
