Always recommend to stay here

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

The hotel is nice, with good interior design, good facilities, and good food. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but in the future, it can be moved up to 2:00 PM.

Families from out of town are happy, the service is good, and the facilities are also good, and my nephew is happy. Access to the mall is also very beneficial for families who want to shop.

Just stayed here and it was a super cool experience! The staff was super friendly, check-in was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities were complete, and the view was top-notch. The location is strategic, close to popular spots, making traveling easier. The service is top-notch, I'll definitely be back!

Directly connected to Gandaria City Mall, it's perfect for a staycation. Good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet location, no outside noise. Highly recommended, as if you need to find food or go for a walk, there's direct access to the mall very close by.

Thank you for the happiness that my son Dylan was able to feel on his birthday with a very nice room decoration (2026), a delicious birthday cake, even birthday greetings from the staff at the restaurant by Mrs. Lusi and other restaurant staff, also Chef Febri who has made delicious food for my son's birthday, also the room staff who has decorated my son's birthday greeting, Mr. Devi, Mr. Rahmat and the friendly Front Office staff, also dinner at the Sheraton Club which was delicious and the friendly and humble dining restaurant staff provided wine for us to enjoy and gave our son cold drinks to enjoy.
