The bed was clean and comfortable. Except for the bathroom, there was no hot water, so I had to shower with cold water all the time. At 9 a.m., the sound of a drill and hammering nails was very annoying.

Staff were inattentive and showed no concern for guests. I called to report issues but received no response or support whatsoever.

I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

The location is very good, near the entrance to BTS Ratchathewi, just a short walk away. The staff are friendly, polite, and have good interpersonal skills. The price is reasonable for the room and service. I recommend this place.

It was my second stay in Monomer Hostel. I like the strategic location near Ratchathewi. It makes me easy to move by BTS. The area is near Halal Food and a mosque which is helpful for me as a Muslim. Will re-stay again:)

Very convenient for traveling. Exit BTS Ratchawithi, Exit 3, walk a little bit and you will reach the hotel. There is a 7-11 store nearby.

Staying here feels comfortable, close to the BTS Ratchathewi station and there is a 7-Eleven very close by. The staff is friendly, the shared room is comfortable to sleep in and feels safe. I would like the owner of the accommodation to know that your staff provides excellent customer service every time, both checking in or responding to LINE chats to reserve accommodation, responding quickly and booking rooms without any mistakes. And the bed sheets and bedding are clean and well prepared.

The check-in staff and other staff are very lovely, friendly and kind. They are very helpful. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the blanket is warm, and the bed is clean. The place is next to the BTS Ratchathewi, just a few steps away. There are 2 branches of 7-Eleven nearby. I like this place very much.

positive: the room is big, clean and comfortable. the bathroom is inside the dorm and very clean. the hostel is very nice like in an apartment. provides coffee, tea and snacks. the staff are kind and friendly. there is security guard outside the hostel. walk 5 minutes to many street foods. negative: the hostel is a bit corner location in the old shophouse area. a bit hard to find when first.here.

The check-in counter staff and the room attendant were very nice. We stayed on the day of the earthquake. The staff informed the guests to evacuate outside very well. The hotel has water and a refrigerator for use. There are snacks and sweets. The bed is very good. The laundry is clean.

There is a key card system. Easy check-in. There are staffs who always reply to Line. There are 2 7-11 shops next to the accommodation. It is next to the BTS. There is a restaurant to eat in the evening. There is water and a microwave to heat up food downstairs. Recommended.

Everything was great until I realized I had to carry 30kg of luggage up 5 floors because I didn't pay attention to the floor number of the room I booked, but for the price I couldn't ask for more. The location is very close to bts, also close to 7-eleven and massage parlors, walking distance to pratunam is quite close. One problem that isn't too big is the bathroom doors, all are wooden doors that are a bit like the doors in old Chinese movies with a horizontal bar, I hope the hostel can change the door type to be easier to close and more private

Stayed for 2 nights. Very close to Ratchathewi station. The only downside is that there is no elevator. Because the female bedroom is on the 3rd floor. So we carried our suitcases. Overall it's good, the cleanliness, the bathroom facilities, the bed. Best hostel 😎
