The room absolutely stunk like cigarettes

Staff was helpful. The coffee supplies in room had no creamer or stir sticks. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok...

Dirty old room. Ac fan was noisy. People screaming outside all night snd nothing done about it. Construction at 8am. Worst.

This was a great location and the rooms and other spaces were clean.

It did the job - nothing special, breakfast was good and room seemed clean enough.

A decent place to stay in downtown Terrace. Good amenities, friendly helpful staff. The white spot restaurant has great food and a nice bar inside.

It was clean and staff were good. Offers complimentary breakfast. They should offer a nice variety for breakfast. As the same breakfast on a daily basis can be unenjoyable. Even if they offered cereal and oatmeal

Noisy air conditioner.

You get what you pay for. Bed was old and uncomfortable, Road was closed in front of hotel and work was being done on the street.

The full breakfast provided at the restaurant was fantastic. Much better than the average Continental breakfast provided at most motels.
