Floor was wet and my room is the highest floor that I need to climb staircase

Next to the cafe, we arrived at the hotel on December 24 at 11 at night, the music was still busy and could be heard in the room. For the room, we were 4 adults + 1 child 8 years old, carrying 2 suitcases and 3 backpacks, so it was a bit cramped. Plus, there is a washing machine that can be used with the app.

In front of it there is a field, lots of durian for sale, there is a market that opens early in the morning, so finding something to eat is easy. But the room is small, there are no windows. Only 2 TV channels, hot water in the bathroom doesn't work. To go to the room on the floor. 3 up the stairs. But someone helped lift the suitcase.

Noisy at 2am in the morning and can smell someone smoking.

The hotel is affordable, clean and comfortable.

Nice place and near to many foods store

The hotel fits the price, don't say much.

Floor 1 is a bit noisy. Better if prefer higher floor.

Simple budget hotel and convenience

No elevator but they have bell boy to bring your luggage. Many food kiosk at the area.

Overall stay at this hotel is quite comfortable and pleasant. Room is clean enough. Only shower, hot water less / limited. The surroundings are very many kinds of food and durian taverns. Very okay

It was very noisy as there is a pub/karaoke beside it. Sound proof is really bad
