1 Km from the nearest JR Shimbashi, Keikyu and Yurikamome line, I can say quite far. The advantage you don't need to change or transit at another station to go to Haneda airport. What I don't like, the shower room for men only 1, yes you need queue in the morning in bussy hour 8-9am,

I didn't expect before that first cabin was comfortable and nice to stay. all clean and very close to train station shimbashi. I will come to stay again in there.
