They allow smoking on floors where the rooms are. Internet was not good in my room. The parking is on street and they try to charge for that. The service was good and the staff are friendly. The restaurants are pretty good. Gym is pretty good.

Just a one night stay while in transit. Very comfortable and nice.

Great lobby and nice service from staff. However, plumbing in the hotel was poor. Hot water was not available at times. I had to change rooms. In the second room, the toilet flush stopped working

Would never stay again hardly anybody spoke English, service in the restaurants id as bad as i have seen traveling the world in 40 years and nonAlcohol sold at the hotel

Good stay

at the very end of our stay (3 weeks time) we found a used/dirty/soiled white underwear in the top shelf of our room closet.

First it’s hard to find the entrance to the hotel if you are driving . Second there is no sign from the basement to show where is the reception . Third the hotel needs renovation and maintenance specially in the air conditioner. But the staff are helpful , very friendly and professional. Also hotel in good location.

Is okay hotel, rooms and cleaning need to be graded for its rate per night. You can pay same rate per night by staying 7 stars hotel in Egypt.
