There is no inside hotel parking, you have to park your car in the street. One area of the hotel i stay was still under construction. Making noise on Saturday morning.

nice hotel , nice pool , rooms, and karina at front desk is really nice and helpfull

I loved the soft sheets and the big pillows in my second room. I had issues with the first room and the staff took action right away and moved me to a different room. It was nice to hear the ocean during the night. The showers are very generous in size and clean and have hot water. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be there again.

The hotel is located in a street full of trash, the swimming pool is dirty and some of the staff is rude.

Tuve conflicto a la hora del pago, querían que pagara doble, me causó mucho estrés.

Sin energía eléctrica por más de 6 horas el lunes 29 de julio. A los otros dos días la misma situación. La recepcionista se negó al reembolso, reubicación o compensación. Nada cómoda la habitación, colchones y almohadas plastificadas. El A/C no funcionaba al 100%. Ventilador ruidoso. Agua del baño salada (no tratada). Señal del internet débil e insuficiente. Canales de t.v. inexistentes. La camarista impertinente llamando a las 9 am para limpiar y hablando por radio enfrente de la habitación para molestar al cliente y apurarle a salir del cuarto.

Supero nuestras espectativas desde el check in, el desayuno lo serca que esta del mar y la alberca muy limpia y buen ambiente.
