The staff were phenomenal - the owner was lovely, Latifa was incredibly friendly and helpful, the gentleman who ran the breakfast on some days was so kind. The breakfast was lovely and a fabulous start to the day. The riad itself is breathtaking and like being in a museum - it's gorgeous. Our room was one of the highlights of our trip! Parking was a little difficult to figure out, until we called and spoke to Latifa directly. Hotels.com/expedia was not helpful figuring this out. The secured parking lot that should be used is the following : https://share.google/8jnoB3bYX8dpLt4ZN. It's Bin Lamboun parking lot. This place is highly recommended. Only disadvantage was the distance to the main strip of Fes - but we appreciated the walks through the medina everyday. You can't eat all that lamb tagine and not take a few steps to burn it off!

We were looking for a charming, clean and quiet place with character within walking distance from all the main attractions and this riad ticked all the boxes! Convenient location, yummy food and wonderful staff! Latifa and the host took a good care of us, demonstrating attention to our needs. Honestly a lovely place to stay in Fes!

Beautiful facility

Beautiful riad right in the Medina. My only regret is we didn’t have time to experience the rooftop, which, based on the rest of the hotel, is probably amazing. Lovely breakfast each morning and very helpful staff.

We had the best 3 days in Fez and our stay at Riad Kettani was some of the best part. Special thanks to Latifah (now my new friend), who helped my husband and I the entire time we were there. Also thanks to Abdul and the owner of the Riad was pleasant also (cannot remember her name). Their food was fresh and outstanding and they exhibited the best customer service in Fez!

The breakfast was delicious and healthy. The location was perfect, particularly the view at the top of building. Strongly recommended! I will definitely stay here if I would come back.

A beautiful Riad with incredible service. I will have to return! Perfectly located, with the best dining options and a great breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and with AC (a must in the hot summer days). I spent five fantastic days. Highly recommended!

We found that the staff and the meals at Riad Kettani were the best highlight of our trip's lodging. The staff was super helpful with our questions and day plans. A special 'Thank You!' for Latifa!! And, after our first evening delicious meal at Riad Kettani, we signed up for every evening meal of our stay. The breakfasts were of equal abundance and quality! Our stay at Riad Kettani was perfect. The location was very convenient and close to many great souks, restaurants, museums, and landmarks. It was well marked and easy to find in the medina. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and varied and the dinner we enjoyed was excellent. Most of all, our hosts were welcoming, gracious, and so helpful with all of our questions and needs. Having stayed at several riads during our trip, we would highly recommend Riad Kettani to anyone visiting Fes.

The property was absolutely wonderful. The staff and on site restaurant were also great. The location was perfect. Close enough to the action but just far enough to be quiet, safe, convenient.

Riad Kettani is definitely the best riad in Fes. The terrace views are beautiful! And staff is amazing. They were so helpful with meeting us at parking lot late at night to make sure we get to the Riad. It is a bit of a trek and confusing- but that’s just how Fes is. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here
