The staffs were very helpful and they were very nice. So happy to have the experience to stay at Alam Mimpi Boutique Hotel, Senggigi.

You have to see for yourself that actually this hotel is not worth operating anymore, good old reviews should be deleted to avoid disappointed people like me.

Very unsatisfactory. The room cannot be locked where it smells, there is no trash can in the room or in the bathroom, there is no mineral water, only 1. towels. There is no receptionist, only a night guard who knows where he is. In the morning when I want to check out, there is no breakfast even though the application has breakfast. The hotel clerk on the phone was even rejected. This is a 3-star hotel with jasmine facilities.

I was shocked because the place had a lot different with the pictures. I was planned to stay with my child for family vacation but I don't think this place is suitable for kids. I finally leaving the hotel without staying there and giving up on payment.

Very quiet in the hotel.

It doesn't match the photo of the pool, just give the seeds 2 months to live in harvesting, applying for a bath is really dirty, the sheets and blankets have never been replaced, the smell is really musty.

I swear I don't know this hotel anymore! The air in the room when you enter is very smelly, the wifi can't have any trouble, the breakfast is just normal & only given for 1 day, the swimming pool is very dirty with green moss color. Very Creepy. Maybe the impact of covid, so it's like not taking care of the hotel. But in the photo the view is very good.

Kalau tidak karena penjaganya yang baik dan ramah banget, tidak pengen review. Kamarnya bau, berdebu, sarang laba-laba di mana-mana, cangkir kotor, kolam kotor, terutama bau kamar dan bau bantal, bau kasur dan bau selimutnya. Bikin tidak bisa tidur sama sekali.

On December 31, 2019, I checked in. The hotel has no TV and the AC is not cold. I am waiting for the air conditioner to be repaired until 18:00, there is no solution. Employees and technicians in and out of the room many times, so I feel uncomfortable. I originally planned to take a nap so that at night I could join in welcoming the new year, not because the bedroom was like a sauna room. Finally at 18.00 I decided to get out of the hotel and go home, because my holiday mood was gone and the bedroom was still like a sauna room. The hotel employee said there was no refund. I asked to wait for conditions like this until what time in order to refund, there is no clear answer. I said I did not insist on a refund and just wanted to know how long the hotel had to wait until it realized the mistake and could refund. The point is certainly, can not be refunded. In short, it's enough to deal with this hotel. Not recommended. 👎

The atmosphere and the name befits a lonely, peaceful dreamland, friendly service, friendly staff.

The rooms are clean, the service is really friendly, the atmosphere is calm because the hotel is in an alley but not too far by the highway, the breakfast is great! Really recommend staying here, I swear.

this hotel is Beyond expectation, the quality is very good, seems like this hotel is new. The interior and facility is new and well maintained, I will recommend this hotel to everyone, sure I will be back to this hotel later 😍

Compact but comfortable. Clean, and located near to convenience store (Alfamart) should we need to buy something. A bit far from Senggigi night attractions main spot, so tranquil.

love the "traditional package" with the hotel, not like the stars hotel, packed with guests. it has a small swimming pool, not too many rooms, friendly and helpful staffs, and lovely-simple restaurants that we have to order our meals. improvements could be made for the bathroom, like with the exhaust fan. nice place and recommended.
